Cannot easliy identify tenancies that have NO BOND entered when auditing all bonds in Commercial
You can search bond by type, however the filter is not functional when auditing to identify any missing bonds from your whole portfolio. For example, I have 4 bond types. Bank Guarantee, Owner Held, Term Deposit & Retail Bond Board. The filter does not allow me to search from all bond types if any of the tenancies are missing a recorded bond. I need to go through every tenancy to identify any that have no bond entered.

@Hayley Rapp, thank you for your information. Unfortunately, it doesn't work if you are having several different bond accounts (types) setup, e.g. Residential Bond, Key Deposit, Pet Bond, Commercial Bond, Commercial Bank Guarantee, Commercial Bond held by Owner, Commercial Bond paid to Retail Bond Board, Commercial Bond held in Term Deposit etc.
Because, if you would like to check the Residential Bond for 'No Bond' only, it will give you a list of ALL tenants that do not have a Residential Bond applied to a profile.
And that's across ALL profiles, meaning it will list all Residential tenants without a Bond, but ALSO ALL Commercial tenants, because they will never have a Residential Bond against their profiles. -

you can filter by Bond Outstanding or No Bond Held.
if it is a bank guarantee, or owner held I enter amount required and the same amount in lodged direct and then add the particulars in the notes. -
