Allow changes to the maintenance request email when going from Quote to Work Order in case there is some further information about the job. I often have to email the tradesman in a separate email to inform them of extra information. The Quote to Work Oder should also say QUOTE ACCEPTED when changing to a a work order as the current one often gets missed by my tradesmen.

When sending a work order, the only option for the contractor to contact the agency shows the generic agency details.
We request that there be an option for the Property Manager to be contacted for access (or even a manual field that we can note any different access arrangements).

You can edit the work order before sending. Editing it in preview will not update the work order itself which means once the email is out the additional information is lost.
Imagine a work order that said "go ahead up to $500" then someone edited it in preview "go ahead up to $1,000" and the bill comes in at $950 then the argument starts on who approved the additional expense.
