  1. Ability to create your own customised reports using data already recorded and export the data into Excel. This is extremely helpful when providing Landlords tenancy schedules or others personalised information.

  2. On Released and Cirus8 they provide the last quarter CPI figures and calculates your tenants new rental amount. This saves the PM significant time in searching for CPI figures and performing the calculations

  4. In Property Tree, every data entry is automatically saved.
    But in MRI Inspect everything must be individually saved, before switching to the next tab or page etc.

    Can you please adjust MRI Inspect to be consistent with the automated saving behaviour of Property Tree?

  6. New bond work flow updates are great, however to enable us to meet the requirements of the Act in providing the required notice for the Bond Top up in Automated Communication a Bond Top Due Date and the ability to set automation on the rent increase date not just prior would be required.

  8. When tenants complete an electronic signing request for an Ingoing Report, including adding comments; the tenants amendments are unable to be Printed or Saved as PDF to have a separate record other than generating a complete Ingoing Report which is accepting the comments. A tenants comments are not always excepted so there needs to be an option to maintain a record of those comments outside of an Ingoing Report. If the comments are not accepted and the signing request is cancelled due to this there is no longer any record of those comments within MRI Inspect.

  9. Current statements do not include invoices, rather they are a separate document. Landlords have suggested to us that they would like to see their statements include invoices from creditors shown in the same pdf document as their month end statement.

  11. Issue 1 - (Compliance – Current) - This does not accurately reflect if a property is compliant or not.

    Non-Compliant properties that have current compliance dates (This marks Compliance as Current in PT), however the actual reports are Non-Compliant due to Electrical/Gas/Smoke Alarm issues to be rectified.

    • For the property to show as Non-Compliant in PT – I must add in the Notes section: NON-COMPLIANT to help identify the Non-Compliant properties.

    • Could a Non-Compliant Tick Box be added to the Compliance Register and the Property Section to assist with clearly identifying the Non-Compliant Properties or Category even when…

  12. Ability to Archive Properties instead of Deleting

    If a landlord gives back a management of a property or access is required for an old report for a property, there is no ability to make a property/inspection active again without contacting support.

    Reports are not accessible on deleted properties.

    Archived properties should not be included in the active property count.

  13. Please look at putting in the ability to create your own wording for a type of increase. We have a several tenancies which just don't quite fit into the standard "fixed, CPI, market" category.

  15. It would be great to add a new mail merge field for Tenancy_RentPeriodNew. There is an option for RentAmountNew but no option for when the payment period is changing also.

  17. Level of authentication when updating different things in PT, should be configured by agency rather than a one rule for all accounts.
    Currently PM's have to authenticate when adding a new Owner to PT, some agencies do not want this & would like to have option to switch it on, or off

  19. Automated Tasks please:

    1. when the rent is due for review
    2. when the lease is due to expire
    3. when a vacate date is entered
    4. when a new tenancy is entered
    5. when compliance is due to expire
