Provide a function to allow ownership payments to be requested on a specific date of the month
I'd like to see a specific function which expands the current tags function that allows for ownership payments to be date specific on a monthly basis. For example a landlord requests that their rent be released to them on the 20th of the month to coincide with a mortgagee repayment. This function would be particularly helpful to ownerships with multiple properties rather than paying rents each time a tenant makes payment. The function should only allow for the release of funds on that date as a failsafe when paying other ownerships also.

I would like to be able to create a list of all sales in a date range and listed in chronological order. Currently if I try to create such a list, the only was is with a sales ledger which lists the details in order of the vendor's first name.

More information recording in the information audit
Capture more information in the information audit, such as changing dates (leases, vacating), bond details, charging fees, editing bank account details. Would be good to be able to have this accessible by profile too

Tribunal Report - Have the option to select what prints
We want to have the option on what we want to include in the report when generating. Don't want owner contact details, owner notes and owner portal communications on a tenancy report. Others may want/not want other things

Sales Agency Disbursement/Statement
Hi as a Sales Administrator, since the law changed in the industry, although I can disburse funds, the principal/licensee, has to do all the bank authorisations.. The agency statements, i.e. 7/16_18 Carnation Avenue, Casula, when i print the statement, i physically write in the property address it refers to... Is it possible that Property Tree can have the property address inserted/printed on the statement? This would be alot more efficient that writing for management/principals etc, what property it refers to. Sales Administrators can no longer authorise through the bank, level 1 and principals only can do so? This will make…

Trust & Reports - Ownership Funds - Outstanding Invoices
This report is very useful, but would be better if we could filter for Outstanding Invoices for due date period. Like paying Creditors, could we have the choice of invoices 10 days, 30 days, 45 days, All invoices or Flexible date.
We use this report to check when we have available funds but invoices overdue for an amount over the funds available. It enables us to split the invoice payment when appropriate, or release without Witholding Agency Fees6 votes -

Lease start date on receipting screen
Show the Original Lease Start Date on the Receipting Screen so you can decide whether to enter the amount as a Holding Deposit and enter the date into Hold until for reporting and allocating funds

Invitations to Portal (Owners)
Instead of the standard 'Find Out More' link that takes everyone (PM's Tenants and Owners) to the same webpage of Property Tree, create bespoke Property Tree Landing pages that detail features and benefits to Tenants/ Owners etc. The current page it takes users to is a sales page for Property Tree and so more suitable to prospective agencies and PM's.
Or, simply remove this link in the invitation emails as the email text itself tells owners the benefits of the system for them.4 votes -

Maintenance notes should be highlighted to draw attention to them when raising a work order - This is where key instructions or limits applied are noted.

Add a new reason when cancelling a fee: "delay fee"
When cancelling a fee there are limited options and often we cancel fees in order to pay an owners outgoings then re-enter the fee afterwards. Can you add a new option 'delay'?

Pre-tick "owners" only when sending routine reports to owners
Pre- tick sending inspection reports to "owner" type only in inspection emails to ownership entity. It currently pre-ticks to send to all ownership entities eg. Emergency contacts.

Bulk Edit existing Fees
At the moment you can use the Fee Editor to Bulk Edit Fees, if there is no Fee amount or % applied already. However, you can't do that if there is already a Fee amount or % applied and there is an outstanding fee within the database.
It would be helpful to be able to bulk edit any existing Fee amounts and % too, and also select either some Fees or all Fees.9 votes -
Adding text to statements
It would be good to be able to add a message on the actual statements instead of just in the email - not all owners receive emails and it means we are having to print an additional letter to communicate the message. i.e Christmas closure period, public holidays coming up, rates will be due in ........ etc.

archiving users - keep closed inspections against old user
