reopen emails in communications tab
Can you re-open an email that you have sent via the email icon on a profile to continue to thread? ie. you want to follow up on prior email sent as no response without starting a new chain.
I cannot see an option for this only an option to reopen if you specifically sent it from the communication platform via "compose" message and go via filtered complete items.

Hi Stacy, in the communications platform you can forward the sent email to add additional text and follow up on those communications. You can use the filters to look for a particular profile.
