  2. Landlord received monthly statement regardless they receive money or not. All owners expect statement at the end of the month, specially if they dont receive anything, they need to know why they dont receive anything.

  5. When a workflow has been added to a tenancy, property or ownership having the visibility seen in direct sight rather then going,
    - tenancy, property, ownership
    - task
    - workflow

    Seems like when you create one they are just sitting there in the back end of PT with lots of clicks just to find one.

  6. Can we have a merge field for Original Lease Start date -this is needed for renewal documents and Rent increase notices and has to be manually entered at the moment.

  7. Can we have the option to create multiple credits against a tenant? Only 1 credit can be created for future invoices at the moment which is tricky when it might apply to several different types of charges - ie Rent, Rates ,Insurance. The ability to recoup this from future ownership funds to refund to the tenant rather than have to process the refund as a creditor payment would also be better.

  8. e.g. If a rent is $1000pw we should be able to hold $200 (or 20%) for Council, then $250 (or 25%) to Strata, $100 (or 10%) to Water etc. or the named creditor the balance or % to the owner at the end of the month so when it comes time for invoice processing there will always be funds

  10. We need more information in the Property Details section:
    - a section to enter the location of the car space(s)
    - a field for number of storage cages and their location
    - tick boxes for whether property has embedded electricity, gas, hot water, internet etc.
    - a section for material facts

  11. Currently, property address is only displayed when task is created under a property profile. I’d like to suggest including the property address in task notifications when tasks are created under owner or tenant cards too. This would make it much easier to quickly identify which property each task relates to.

  13. Requesting the ability to increase the size of the email template screen (similar to this option which is available in Notes by dragging down the triangle/dashes in the bottom right hand corner)

  14. Would love the ability to be able to be able to remove / cancel any withheld funds no longer required in an ownership account when completing a bulk disbursement via "Pay Ownership" rather than having to go into individual ownership profiles to remove it.

  16. Create a merge link that pulls only invoices in arrears, the current link "Tenancy_OutstandingInvoices" pulls amounts for all invoices, whether overdue or not.

  20. Feature Request: Automated Owner Invoice Overdue Notifications

    Property Tree already offers strong automation for arrears, inspections and maintenance, but there’s a gap when it comes to ownership invoices.

    I’d like to propose an automated workflow that triggers when an ownership invoice becomes overdue, with the ability to send a branded email reminder to the rental provider. This would be particularly useful for items like landlord insurance renewals, smoke alarm subscriptions, compliance services and other owner-funded invoices that require timely payment to avoid lapses in coverage.

    The key elements that would make this feature valuable:
