  2. Charge rent monthly based strictly on the number of days in each individual month e.g. January = 31 days, February = 28 days, etc...

    To be able to calculate a mid-cycle increase directly rather than a workaround.

  4. We have multiple tenancies were companies are paying the rent for staff and require invoices - can this option be added to the residential side where rent and dates can be carried forward without the deletion of manual invoices.

  5. Currently, if something is accidentally entered or marked as completed incorrectly, there’s no way to remove it from the system.

    For example, we have a migrated “Smoke Alarm” category that we no longer use. There are three properties where this category was marked as complete, and it can’t be deleted from the property tab. As a result, we now have a redundant category cluttering the list that we don’t and will never use.

I believe Property Tree should introduce a feature that automatically sends rent arrears emails to renters once rent is overdue beyond a nominated number of days (X), and continues sending reminders until the payment is received. We have been advised that reminders currently require manual configuration by entering specific days for each email to be sent, which is quite impractical and inefficient.

  9. Feedback:
    Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
    As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.

    Suggestion:
    It would be helpful to explore options for bulk downloading or a more streamlined process that reduces the number of steps required. This would save time and improve the overall experience for…

  10. We have creditors that invoice which can be for two work orders. Need to be able to close off multiple work orders when entering invoice.

  11. Notices on the tenancy profile to suspend arrears communications for rent and invoices.
    It would be nice to have a Description: section to add comments as to why this has been activated. (much like the termination one below it, we have to enter a reason)

    It allows any user to understand why it has been turned off or suspended for a period of time.

  16. We have once again received a query from an Owner regarding the : STATEMENT HISTORY EXPENSES VS INCOME (6 MONTHS) PAYMENT HISTORY (6 MONTHS) Table and Graph.

    I would just like to reiterate my concerns with the wording/information on this report/table.

    I understand and have verified that the information is based on the Ownership Ledger dates.

    I believe, however, this is misleading for the Owner’s Statement, as this is not the information per “STATEMENT HISTORY”.

    My suggestion is to either change the Title or perferable change the information to correspond with the Ownership Statement dates.

  19. Remove Revoked Users OR Read Only User from Communications Assignee List. This is making it very difficult to monitor emails when staff are away etc as alll users that have ever been entered into the system show in this list. It also shows us all of our read only agents etc. We cannot revoke access without reallocating any communications to the user anyway so would be great to have only active people show and maybe a revoked section if needed. OR at least have read only or revoked next to the users name and filter them to the bottom. We…
