  1. Feedback:
    Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
    As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.

    Suggestion:
    It would be helpful to explore options for bulk downloading or a more streamlined process that reduces the number of steps required. This would save time and improve the overall experience for…

  3. Have an option to list properties in alphabetical order, or numerical order on owner statement rather than just the order of property ID, so easier to read, you could do this in REST, there was an option in property - REPORTING ORDER.

  4. It would be good to see all invoices issued and/or cancelled as well as receipts on the tenancy history so we don't have search for invoices or link the invoice to the payment receipt for easy access.

  5. We have once again received a query from an Owner regarding the : STATEMENT HISTORY EXPENSES VS INCOME (6 MONTHS) PAYMENT HISTORY (6 MONTHS) Table and Graph.

    I would just like to reiterate my concerns with the wording/information on this report/table.

    I understand and have verified that the information is based on the Ownership Ledger dates.

    I believe, however, this is misleading for the Owner’s Statement, as this is not the information per “STATEMENT HISTORY”.

    My suggestion is to either change the Title or perferable change the information to correspond with the Ownership Statement dates.

  6. Suggestion to create a feature to send a mail merge email to all the tenants or owners of a particular strata plan. This will be extremely useful when agents need to forward important notices relating to all the tenants or owners. (Fire inspections, notice of building works etc.)

  7. When you enter a rent payment from a tenant and it is entered incorrectly, once we delete it through the system, the tenant should receive notification that the receipt is deleted.

  9. Include a tick box for invoices entered to be visible to owner automatically without having to go in an manually tick this particularly as owners often want to view these at end of financial year.

Banks have limits to the amount of payments included in ABA files - it would be great to see a pop up to say - payments included in the ABA file that is about to be downloaded exceed 500 - do you want to continue (in westpac case it is 500)..... further more under setting if one could put in their banks limitiations assuming they are all different - then the pop up can respond to that or better yet just say aba can't be downloaded as it exceeds your banks upload limit - reduce to 500.

  11. Have ability to toggle "Workflow Bar" on screen at all times, regardless of if you are completing an action so that you do not need to navigate to and from the page to see Workflow. For example: at the moment, the workflow bar only appears if completing an "action" but there are only 4 actions available (being edit lease & rent, edit vacate, add rent & schedule, and send email) None of these actions relate to setting up a new management, therefore the workflow bar cannot be utilised when it would be great to have it on screen.   12. Particularly for apartments in the CBD where the car park numbers often differ from the unit numbers(e.g. #217, on level B3 ). We add the information in the note for our reference. If the information could be found out at one glance in the property tab, that would be helpful for PM, and it won't be easily missed. Thank you.

  13. It would be good if Property Tree will hold multiple BPAY references for each property for the same creditor. Example when Strata Levies are received separately for a car space to the actual unit they generally have different BPAY references so invoice genius does not pick up when its different.

  14. It would be very helpful if all users within the same agency could view invoices uploaded via Invoice Genius, regardless of who uploaded them — as long as they have access to the same portfolio or property.

    Currently, it seems that invoices are only visible to the user who uploads them, which limits collaboration and can lead to duplicated efforts or confusion.

    This feature would improve team workflow, transparency, and invoice management across the team.

  15. Hi,

    Few things I would like to suggest

    1. When creating workflow templates, you select which profile it is for tenancy, property or owner. It would be great when you duplicate the template that you can choose a different profile if needed and or when you reopen/edit an existing one, you can change it for the desired profile.

    2. Be able to link emails sent to the workflow/tasks

    3. General tasks for the agent - for that to be a tile on the dashboard so when you are on it, the general tasks are staring you in the face and you do not…

  19. There should be BCC option when sending emails through communication. It is imperative as at times, "To" recipient will not review the others whereas necessary for internal reference and communication.

  20. To have a notes option in the columns of rent reviews. We can make a note advising if we have actioned or to see the recommendation at a glance. We can also easily distinguish the ones we have actioned.
    This is already a feature on the inspection summary page.
