Work Order Auto Reminder to Trade
Trades to receive automatic reminders following up outstanding work orders in the system. It would be great if this was setup and sent to the trade first thing in the morning on a weekly basis until work has been completed and job has been closed off.

operator who processed creditor invoice to show on creditor ledger
It is important to have the ability to identify the operator who processed a creditor invoice so that if there are errors further training can occur. Presently it is really difficult to get this information, other than trawling through the 'information audit report', in which case you need to know the date it was entered and currently neither the ledger or the outstanding invoice report shows this information, only the due date.

We would love the following mail merge fields to be added to expedite & remove human error when producing Sales Advices & letters to solicitors.
"Amount held in trust" - especially as some buyers over pay the expected agreed upon deposits

Show the tenancy 'Type' when creating a tenancy mail merge from profile
When creating a mail merge from the profile, it would help to have a field showing the tenancy 'Type' . We often have other contacts listed that are not tenants and they do not require to receive correspondence from us. When creating a mail merge at the moment we can not tell who is the tenant of the property. When creating a bulk mail merge there is a filter for the type, this would be beneficial to have when merging from a profile.

Reply button for emails within communications tab in tenant/owner profile
To reply to emails within the communications tab without having to go into the communications page and searching for previous emails. Currently can only print emails from the tenant/owner profile and not reply to any emails.

Print or Save to PDF Option for Tenant Comments on Ingoing Reports
When tenants complete an electronic signing request for an Ingoing Report, including adding comments; the tenants amendments are unable to be Printed or Saved as PDF to have a separate record other than generating a complete Ingoing Report which is accepting the comments. A tenants comments are not always excepted so there needs to be an option to maintain a record of those comments outside of an Ingoing Report. If the comments are not accepted and the signing request is cancelled due to this there is no longer any record of those comments within MRI Inspect.

Widget for unlodged bonds
Is it possible to have a widget on the agency panel for un lodged bonds? For example when a bond is receipted, it will appear with the address of the property and how many days it was receipted. Once the bond is lodged with the bond admin, the property disappears. This would be very useful to licensees.

Can PT not to include any outstanding payment on a commercial invoice?
It is very confusing to seeing other invoices on a new invoice. Most of the commercial tenants complaint about the messy look on the invoice as it looks like statement more than invoice. Their bookkeeper and accountant also get confused with this layout.

Automated Tasks please:
- when the rent is due for review
- when the lease is due to expire
- when a vacate date is entered
- when a new tenancy is entered
- when compliance is due to expire
that is all :-)
