In the inspections tab - when scheduling - to be able to see if the landlord is wanting to attend all inspections

i agree, having something that indicates an owner wants to attend all inspections as a default would be great, plus also for the once off occasions as well. So when scheduling it is visible in the inspections summary report that the owner attendance needs to be arranged.
