This would be great, a significant portion of our rent roll is furnished apartments, and we would love a clearly visible label to show which properties are (and are not) furnished!

An icon or a word 'furnished' is extremely important!

Yes this is a must, we just need a symbol of furniture or just the word furnished to come up in the property card
