Preview documents in the document tab
It would be very useful to be able to see each page in preview form of the documents uploaded into the property/owner/tenant card so we do not have to download each document to view it.

Instalment feature for creditor invoices using Invoice Genius
When you upload an invoice into Invoice Genius that has instalments, it would be great if you are able to tick a box if you want to do instalments and then be able to enter the amounts and dates due for each instalment instead of either downloading the file and renaming for each instalment or manually entering for each.

Show a warning when a user is trying to create a creditor invoice for a property that is marked as lost.

Enable the ability to disable access to the Agency Statements using user defined security roles
Currently, you can only disable the ability to view statements in general, not specifically disable user access to the Agency Statement. Like you can with the Agency Ledger. We need a separate user permission to separate the Agency Statement access.

Tenancies - Alternative to Archive
We have a problem with Arrears and Vacancies on the Dashboard not giving the true picture.
The reason is largely due to Bond Claims pending action.
To ensure Bond reconciliations are accurate, we have a policy that tenancies are not archived until the bond is settled. Otherwise, the bonds will not reconcile with the RTBA’s list for our Office/Agency (Victorian Bond Authority).
As a result, the Vacancies and Arrears data is skewed by these “active” tenancies.
I was wondering if we could have an alternative to “archive” for these tenancies?
We want the bond to come up on the PT…

When emailing anywhere in PropertyTree, be able to copy or bcc in any contact linked to that profile or company contact
When sending an email, or maintenance job it would be great to be able to have a list of known contacts appear that can be copied into the email. So if this was maintenance for a property you could chose to copy in the owner and/or tenant (and their email would appear to select), also any company contact, so the Property Manager could be copied into the email too.

Easily reassign a work order
When we assign a trade and send a work order to a trade, it would be handy to have the option to unassign and re-assign a new trade to the same without having to delete and re-create the job.
So often we have the tradie ring and say they're to able to attend, so it would be good to just remove them and send to someone else, rather than cancelling and re-sending.11 votes -
Maintenance Snooze Date
It would be great if maintenance could have a due date on it so that it is only shown in the maintenance list if it is due, similar to a task? With the option to filter to see all maintenance as well. But at the moment when I look at my maintenance list I'm overwhelmed by what needs to be action, but often I'm waiting for quotes/approval and sometimes I don't need to action it for 2-3 weeks, so it would be great for it to be removed from the list until it is due to be actioned, so that…

Communication - Manual receipt Transactions
We are always trying to improve the % of Receipts that process automatically (within defined parameters). Currently we use the Tenant Download report for manual receipts to identify these Renters/Payments and send an email to advise of the problem with their receipts. This email advises them of their Rent amount, Rent period and Rent ReferenceID and includes instructions to assist with where to put the reference. It would be amazing if we could somehow automatically send (where appropriate), these emails (and/or SMS) to these Renters. Work orders and pictures be sent as pdf attachments rather than links.
We have found that strata companies and now many of trades will not click on links. This is causing us duplication of work as we resend the work order as an attachment.

Allow a task to be linked to property compliance
Under the property compliance tab, allow an option to create a task straight from that so you aren't in effect duplicating data by then creating a task.

Ability to split creditor invoicing
The option also to split a creditor invoice example – rates might be under one “property” but needs to be charged across three other tenancies and property addresses (this is abit more technical but does happen) and then mean manually need to invoice each tenant but a flag or pop up at the time would be great

We really need to be able to put journal entries through for accounts that may have been miscoded or correct a gst error on an invoice paid.
