  6. It is often difficult to find all MAA's for an owner. It would be good to be able to easily see these all in one place. Perhaps under the Ownership tab? If the view could be similar to compliance, that would be so much easier to find current and past MAA's.

    These are key legal documents that should be quick and easy to find. Thank you.

  7. We would like to be able to edit the Commercial invoice format template.

    We would like to be able to insert unique bank account details for certain invoices and not for others since our bank has given a unique EFT account number for each client. Commercial clients usually scan the invoices and we are unable to have a unique bank account on each invoice now.

  8. On the Pay Ownership screen:
    It would be great to have the ability to sort the column of ‘PAY AMOUNT’ in order, so all the owner's with missing payment details (displayed as ‘No Payment Info’) are grouped together for easy identification.
    Currently, they are not always listed/sorted in order.
    It's not very user friendly having to export the grid as a CSV, set filters to sort and identify any missing payment info.

  9. Having an outbox that hold emails for individual previous before sending. At the moment we cant see the emails unless we send and then find them again under the tenant or owner communications. When setting up mail merges I have found i have had to send errored merges out until i could get it perfect.
    We need to be able to actually see what is going out.

Currenting in the Communications you can filter assigned to me or company, we are a larger office with 5 portfolio's it would assist with being able to filter by portfolio. 1 to monitor each portfolio on how they are tracking with response. 2 if a staff member is off sick or on leave another team member can filter there communications and action accordingly.

  12. When an ownership owes a vacate credit, outstanding creditor invoices can still be paid. Vacate credits owed to tenancies should prioritse over creditor invoices and not be able to be paid until the vacate credit is processed as the funds are owed to the tenancy and is not techincally the ownerships available funds.

  13. We need to be able to add more than one reference number for authorised creditors. Some properties have two strata levy notices (ie if a carspace or garage is on a separate lot) So that we can bulk pay those invoices we need to be able to save more than one reference number for an authorised creditor

  14. We need more template options in sales, we need sale commission, marketing etc., this will be a lot easier for generation account sales to solicitors

  15. Currently, credits can only be applied to rent or existing invoices.
    If a tenant receives an incorrect invoice and has paid it already, it would be ideal to be able to apply the credit to future invoices to make up for the over payment.

  18. When you upload an invoice into Invoice Genius that has instalments, it would be great if you are able to tick a box if you want to do instalments and then be able to enter the amounts and dates due for each instalment instead of either downloading the file and renaming for each instalment or manually entering for each.

  19. I have owners who pay their own accounts and don't want them deducted from rents, just pinning a 'note' to the profile is not enough of an alert stopping me from accidentally entering the invoice. Would love an ALERT to pop up when entering invoice to stop me from making this mistake.
