  1. It would be great if an e-mailed remittance was generated & sent when refunding held funds rather than having to send a separate e-mail to advise the tenant or new Agent if we are transferring overpaid rent

  2. Currenting in the Communications you can filter assigned to me or company, we are a larger office with 5 portfolio's it would assist with being able to filter by portfolio. 1 to monitor each portfolio on how they are tracking with response. 2 if a staff member is off sick or on leave another team member can filter there communications and action accordingly.

  3. We need to be able to add more than one reference number for authorised creditors. Some properties have two strata levy notices (ie if a carspace or garage is on a separate lot) So that we can bulk pay those invoices we need to be able to save more than one reference number for an authorised creditor

  4. We need more template options in sales, we need sale commission, marketing etc., this will be a lot easier for generation account sales to solicitors

  5. Currently, credits can only be applied to rent or existing invoices.
    If a tenant receives an incorrect invoice and has paid it already, it would be ideal to be able to apply the credit to future invoices to make up for the over payment.

When you upload an invoice into Invoice Genius that has instalments, it would be great if you are able to tick a box if you want to do instalments and then be able to enter the amounts and dates due for each instalment instead of either downloading the file and renaming for each instalment or manually entering for each.

  9. Being able to have a portfolio check of all tasks for the day/week. A checklist that can be used/printed off that shows the daily arrears, vacates, expired leased etc.

  12. Currently, you can only disable the ability to view statements in general, not specifically disable user access to the Agency Statement. Like you can with the Agency Ledger. We need a separate user permission to separate the Agency Statement access.

  13. We have a problem with Arrears and Vacancies on the Dashboard not giving the true picture.

    The reason is largely due to Bond Claims pending action.

    To ensure Bond reconciliations are accurate, we have a policy that tenancies are not archived until the bond is settled. Otherwise, the bonds will not reconcile with the RTBA’s list for our Office/Agency (Victorian Bond Authority).

    As a result, the Vacancies and Arrears data is skewed by these “active” tenancies.

    I was wondering if we could have an alternative to “archive” for these tenancies?

    We want the bond to come up on the PT…

  17. It would be great if maintenance could have a due date on it so that it is only shown in the maintenance list if it is due, similar to a task? With the option to filter to see all maintenance as well. But at the moment when I look at my maintenance list I'm overwhelmed by what needs to be action, but often I'm waiting for quotes/approval and sometimes I don't need to action it for 2-3 weeks, so it would be great for it to be removed from the list until it is due to be actioned, so that…

  20. We are always trying to improve the % of Receipts that process automatically (within defined parameters). Currently we use the Tenant Download report for manual receipts to identify these Renters/Payments and send an email to advise of the problem with their receipts. This email advises them of their Rent amount, Rent period and Rent ReferenceID and includes instructions to assist with where to put the reference. It would be amazing if we could somehow automatically send (where appropriate), these emails (and/or SMS) to these Renters. This would be a real time saver and improve receipting efficiencies down the track by…
