Ability to enter budgeted amounts in addition to recording actual amounts so a Variation Report can be created monthly. This allows the system to be functional in providing timely and correct information.

It would be time saving, not to mention the accuracy to have properties owner, tenants details automatically populated from Property Tree to MRI Inspect when the accounts are set up.

This feature is so important to us being a commercial agency. Our team enjoy using property tree but not having this feature is the main reason we would consider changing providers. Please provide this budgeted outgoings function asap, it would be greatly appreciated.

This is so vital for Commercial properties, its a standard on every other system. Doing this manually is crazy. it takes so much time
