Invoice number & Tenancy ID linked for receipting funds to the correct tenant.
If the tenants put the invoice number on their rent payment (instead of tenancy ID), then PT receipts the money to the correct tenant automatically.

Agreed. Would be great to be able to search tenant invoice number while in the receipting section. Currently we have to go to the search tenant invoice screen to find the invoice, then click into tenant, and then click actions / create receipt. This seems rather long winded & time consuming. To be able to find tenant invoices in the receipt screen would save a lot of time which is otherwise wasted

This would be a great feature. Some of our clients sends out remittance and only quotes the tenancy invoice, therefore it takes a while receipting the payments because we have to manually go to each tenancy invoice and receipt from there
