Unlocking All Merge Fields
It would be great to see, Property Tree make all data fields availaible in Property Tree as merge fields in auto communications and e-mail/letter merge fields. Example being having the ability to show "Paid From" "Paid To" "Inhand Credit" "Effective Paid To" in the body of the auto receipt e-mail.
Reasoning behind this is the tenants in QLD are shown an Effective date on their receipt that includes the In hand credit however this is not explained on the receipt and tenants get confused by this.
Also having the ability to have all merge fields available in every document/Letter/E-mail would be amazing and allow for fully customizable e-mails and documents. Business Insights needs to also include these additional fields and make more data available for agents to create their own reports and documents.
