  1. After a work order has been sent, the only options currently are "Re-send work order" and "download work order". It would be very helpful if there is an option for "send a request for job progress". This way we can conveniently follow up with the creditor.

  4. It does not seem that you can add an invoice when creating a credit to a tenant. The owner just sees the credit applied on the statement but no invoice can be attached. Would be nice for an owner to have a document to support the tenant credit.

  6. PT is very hard to read when you put a email / note in the notes section and it makes it go into a paragraph. Not easy it this is needed to be printed for some reason. Would be good for it to save as it is put in there.

  7. Would be great to have the integration with Inspection Manager immediate once the inspection is completed. Only certain staff have full access. Currently we have to log in and sync with PT once they have completed the inspection which pushes it though.

  8. We are required to have a water meter read on the Ingoing Property Condition Report though there is no where for this information to be carried over into PT.
    We will need to check invoices prior to the auto processing incase a property has been sitting for a few days and retic has been on / property has settled / water leak. We need to be able to clarify which has always been a great audit feature when you can put the KL used with the dates. Didn't need to go back and look through invoices and clarify as you…

  9. When Receipting rent it would be good if you could use a short cut to the bottom receipt amount (+) like rest as now we have to add the weekly rent up and receipt the balance to invoice credit due to alot of tenants paying extra for water usage.
    PT doesn't let us know if for example: tenant pays fortnightly rent and one is at the old rent and one week at the new.

  11. when another agency takes over a property, instead of entering a vacate notice (as the tenant isn't actually vacating) I request a feature maybe on the three dots under tenancy that can say "management takeover"

    In this page it will open up and you can enter the reason for loss, the new agency details.

  12. The Rent Summary Report within the Tenancy Tribunal report is a very difficult report to explain at tribunal when an explanation is required eg to a judge and or tenant

    It would provide alot more clarity if the Date Paid column also included the paid to date of the rent paid at that date. This would explain the Arrears Amount column as well.

  14. Currently when selecting profiles for bulk tags, you require to enter the profile ID number in the setup step. If you leave the field blank in this step, this will show all profiles relevant to previous filtering in the complete bulk update step. There is no way to remove the profiles from the complete bulk update screen. It would be great if there was a red x next to a profile where you can opt to remove it from the list. This would make bulk tagging so much easier without having to export a report to work out what reference…

  16. Ability to send bulk entry notices for routine inspections instead of having to create each one individually.

    You should be able to select the upcoming inspections and send the entry notice to all tenants with the realworks integration.

  18. Just as tenants are emailed invoices, there should be an automated email when cancelling said invoice so there is no need to do extra emailing for notification of the reason for cancellation.

  19. Can you please add the Merge Field for {Text Field On Email Dialog} to the default Auto Communication template for 'Request Owner Approval of Maintenance Job Quote'.
    Reason, when selecting to send such a Request, the free text field makes a user believe any entered text will be shared with the Owner. But it won't unless a user adds that merge field to the Auto Comm prior .
    It makes the free text field misleading.
    Alternatively, add a comment to that free text field, informing a user to add the merge field to their Auto Comm should they want to…

  20. Our product team are currently discussing enhancements to how you can use the Global Search and we'd love your feedback. This includes

    • Ability to search for phone numbers and email addresses
    • Ability to search for separate contacts
    • Reordering search results, at the moment it the results order is: Tasks; Owner; Property; Tenant; Vendor; Buyer; Creditor however would this work better for you if Tenancy results appeared first, all Contact results, or Property results? Also whether it displays the first 10 matches only with the option to click "more" so that the results to scroll through for each category is shorter?
