  2. Ability to have water meter readings automatically updated on the property profile when processing water usage tenancy invoices through Invoice Genius.

    Invoice Genius can process water usage from eBills with the tenancy invoice description reflecting the meter readings. However, this does not currently feed through and update on the water usage section of the property profile. This should be automated where the meter readings are updated on the property profile once the water usage is invoiced.

  3. Keys - It would be great to be able to enter a note in the key field that shows up on the property screen when there is no key number allocated, eg, if the agency does not hold a key for whatever reason.

  5. Sometimes rent is receipted twice due admin error and tenants think they are well ahead therefore it is important for tenants to be notified of their new paid to date.

  6. It would be great to be able to update a Work Order status back to a Quote Request. (Scenario where a creditor was sent out to complete a repair for example, and a replacement was required, so a quote was submitted)

  7. Would like for PT to have a feature where it will flag or alert the Property Manager if a council or strata rate has not been paid when the owner has opted for this. Or, a report can be generated that will show properties where council/strata rates are to be paid by the agency.

  8. Currently, you can only disable the ability to view statements in general, not specifically disable user access to the Agency Statement. Like you can with the Agency Ledger. We need a separate user permission to separate the Agency Statement access.

  12. When entering rent increases, the auto payment date that is highlighted for payment cycles, to make it easier to identify the tenants rents cycles is only for the start of lease dates/cycles or original payment cycles, this is a glitch in the system that needs rectifying. it should be highlighted for the latest payment cycle agreed, we change many tenants ways of payments through their tenancy, it should replate to the latest one.

    1. Have the ability to edit the 'Category' in the compliance register for a property. This would be handy when the incorrect Category is selected
    2. Have the ability to edit the details in the Compliance History for a property if required
    3. Have the ability to bulk edit/join compliance categories

  13. At the moment you can use the Fee Editor to Bulk Edit Fees, if there is no Fee amount or % applied already. However, you can't do that if there is already a Fee amount or % applied and there is an outstanding fee within the database.
    It would be helpful to be able to bulk edit any existing Fee amounts and % too, and also select either some Fees or all Fees.

  16. We have queries on the I&E statements and when going back to either the PM or owner it will be easier if they can see the account name instead of the account code on the ledger. There is no report to show you what has been used under a specific account code other that the ledger.

With the changes to the Legislation coming into effect on 1 October 2022 with regards to Notice to Leaves without grounds, is there any way to enter a Notice to Leave for a Fixed Term Tenancy without having to put it in the Vacate section – basically, if we enter a NTL for every Tenant for the end of their tenancy, every tenant in the database will be classified as “Vacating” – is there someway around this?

    After discussions with a number of clients, feedback has been that the Termination date on the tenancy could be used to record this date, as this does not trigger the normal vacate activity. We will continue to review further feedback and votes towards any changes. Thanks, Ange - Product Team

  18. Can the storage limit please be increased as it is not large enough to save an entry report in the renters document section or any document section for that matter. We are resulting to saving them on Google Drive..

  19. Automatically update rent review dates in software when you enter a new amount in the rent schedule. Updated dates should be 10 weeks prior to increase commencement date in the following year.
