  1. It would be great to have customisable shortcuts on the dashboard that allow a user to set their own 'favourites' eg. Create a receipt. Helps reduce clicks to get to functions that are used regularly.

  3. Creditors are sent the statement when the invoice is paid, not when the ABA file is created. If you cancel a creditor payment before creating the ABA file, the creditor is not notified the payment has been cancelled. Is it possible to send the creditor an automated 'cancelled' statement if a payment is cancelled.

  4. It would be useful to add a column of invoice amount under the document tap for ownership as we usually look up past invoices and look for one that has a certain figure that we have in mind.

  5. So when doing rent increases the system upgrade suggestions are as below.

    1. The system doesn’t populate the second and proceeding tenants.
    2. The system doesn’t populate the rent increase amount or date of increase even though the information is populated in PT
    3. The PT system names the file as Notice of Rent Increase11 Esher Street, BurwoodMaria Falguera & Leonardo Falguera_Ref-0045608940.p but wont allow you to save it in PT saying it includes invalid characters, then why doesn’t the system name it something compatible. They created the system.

    So we have no choice but to save the notice to property…

  6. The old smoke alarm display had better information at a glance. It showed the date the smoke alarm was last serviced and the type of smoke alarm.
    Could that please be included in the Register so it can be seen at a glance and not having to go via the pencil.

  7. When creating a text message it would be great to have that as a 'floating' pop up window to enable the information ie arrears amount when inputting the SMS to be viewed while creating the text.

  11. For Ownerships that have multiple properties on one statement, the properties should be sorted in a logical order. At the moment, they are not in numerical order by way of Unit number. There should be an ability to set the order by Unit Number or an order of your choosing.

  12. Documents coming back from inspections currently capped at 30MG, this is not working for many large homes, pools etc.

    Can this be increased? It is causing manual work currently that could be avoided.

  13. When receipting to a tenancy, it would be helpful to be able to see what held funds the tenancy has available and also have the option to apply some or all of these held funds to their rent and/or invoices during the receipt process. This would save having to go back to the tenant later and doing a separate step to allocate tenancy funds.

  14. When an ownership owes a vacate credit, outstanding creditor invoices can still be paid. Vacate credits owed to tenancies should prioritse over creditor invoices and not be able to be paid until the vacate credit is processed as the funds are owed to the tenancy and is not techincally the ownerships available funds.

  17. In Property Management there are core functions such as listings, applications, entries, reviews/renewals, vacates and maintenance that are the basis of managing a portfolio. Therefore, if we use these as a basis, it then comes back to how is this managed, what does a process look like and what is required within the core function. Essentially, this is being able to categorise a task, i.e., lease renewal and then work on this task with all necessary updates, correspondence and documentation contained within.   18. A weekly generated email to the Team Leads, similar to that of the PT weekly agency overview would be great - outlining where their staff and portfolio's are at.

    Providing a view to on a Monday morning would be extremely beneficial in setting their management week week up for success.

  20. This will be a a significant time saver and reduction of ‘10’+ extra clicks along with the sync time delay.

    Currently having to complete in both inspection provider and PT.

    The ability if the Inspection API and PT speak would mean, ‘Finalised’ in inspection provider updates the inspection status in PT to ‘closed’ - saving PM's and teams non required clicks/time.
