Ability to Edit Tenancy Invoices to Cater for Visually Impaired
The ability to change the format of Tenancy Invoices would be handy, especially for Tenants that are visually impaired. For example, increase font size or add in colours to highlight important information on the Tenancy Invoices. Also, have the option to add additional payment options not just Trust Account Information.

I would like the ability to be able to change the time that the automatic Tenant invoicing gets sent out to my tenants. They are receiving notifications at 3 am and feel this is extremely inconsiderate.

Sensitive notification emails to include entry of bank accounts, not just changed bank accounts
Currently Sensitive Notification emails for bank accounts are only if the details are edited, there is no email for the initial entry of details. For example, if a new creditor is created and bank account details are entered upon this initial set up, there is no Sensitive email.

Ability to enter budgeted amounts in addition to recording actual amounts so a Variation Report can be created monthly. This allows the system to be functional in providing timely and correct information.

Ability to create your own customised reports using data already recorded and export the data into Excel. This is extremely helpful when providing Landlords tenancy schedules or others personalised information.

Tenancy Summary that can be grouped
The need to create a meaningful tenancy summary that includes critical information is needed. The current summary does not include all information eg. Lease Commencement, Expiry, Term, Option details for every option, rent increases of all types, tenant name, trading name, Reported Sales, turnover thresholds, Net Rent, Outgoings total, Marketing Levy, next review date, first and last date to exercise option, the date by which a notice must be given and the like.

It would be great to add a new mail merge field for Tenancy_RentPeriodNew. There is an option for RentAmountNew but no option for when the payment period is changing also.

Darken the blue highlight when selecting creditors on a work order
When selecting a creditor on a work order, the faint blue is so hard to see - i click on and off it a few times to make sure i have a creditor attached.

Maintenance follow up features
- I found it's hard to maintain the repairs movements without option to send email/message following up with our trades.
- Also the photos uploader only allows photos to be uploaded one by one and no video allowed If these two features can be added, this will be very helpful.

REST used to have a temporary creditor button when adding a creditor so they were all deleted at the end of month automatically This would save time having to go through and delete them manually

Bond reporting to have set date reporting filters, ie for month, if we forget to print report on the 1st of the month then all the transactions up to the date you print are reported and not relative to the month reconciling

bpay reference - show error if entering with spaces
Make the bpay reference field go red/error when entering references that have spaces. If you cant process the payment with spaces then the system should not allow spaces when entering the reference number.
