  2. Please consider adding the option to select the property when paying selected creditors. It would make life easier as currently we need to go through all invoices entered although we only need to pay 3-4 (overdue) invoices for a specific creditor.

  4. In Rest we had the option to add our own global comment to things like Work Orders, Statements, Invoices, Income and Expenditure reports. This allowed us to have a tailored note or disclaimer within the document. At the moment we can only add tailored information within body of the email.

  5. When you have a lost management and this is ticked in the property, you should be able to archive the tenancy without putting in a vacate date as technically they have not vacated. This would be useful if the tenancy has a rent credit and the ownership has already received the funds.

  6. It would be great if you could design a statement that carries on the tenant/s part payments to the following statement. Our clients get very confused when they may receive more than usual on month & then less the following month & don't understand why.

  8. In QLD there is a different billercode to allow bond to be paid to the Residential Tenancies Authority, if the tenant does not have an email address or if the tenants do not have unique email addresses (share the same email address). We cannot lodge these bonds via the RTA portal, therefore have to request a reference number from the RTA. The billercode used for these payments is different to the billercode used for online bond lodgements

  10. Our trust account auditor struggles with this every single year. They need the reports in excel format for analysis and testing which we cannot provide. Please enable the ability to export these reports in excel.

  11. The ability to change the format of Tenancy Invoices would be handy, especially for Tenants that are visually impaired. For example, increase font size or add in colours to highlight important information on the Tenancy Invoices. Also, have the option to add additional payment options not just Trust Account Information.

  13. I would like the ability to be able to change the time that the automatic Tenant invoicing gets sent out to my tenants. They are receiving notifications at 3 am and feel this is extremely inconsiderate.

  14. Please have the outgoings reconciliation due date as a field for commercial tenants.

    That way I can easily track what outgoings reconciliations need to be done - like rent review dates.

  15. Currently Sensitive Notification emails for bank accounts are only if the details are edited, there is no email for the initial entry of details. For example, if a new creditor is created and bank account details are entered upon this initial set up, there is no Sensitive email.

  16. Ability to enter budgeted amounts in addition to recording actual amounts so a Variation Report can be created monthly. This allows the system to be functional in providing timely and correct information.

  17. Ability to create your own customised reports using data already recorded and export the data into Excel. This is extremely helpful when providing Landlords tenancy schedules or others personalised information.

  18. The need to create a meaningful tenancy summary that includes critical information is needed. The current summary does not include all information eg. Lease Commencement, Expiry, Term, Option details for every option, rent increases of all types, tenant name, trading name, Reported Sales, turnover thresholds, Net Rent, Outgoings total, Marketing Levy, next review date, first and last date to exercise option, the date by which a notice must be given and the like.

  19. It would be great to add a new mail merge field for Tenancy_RentPeriodNew. There is an option for RentAmountNew but no option for when the payment period is changing also.
