  1. Have a separate lost management date.
    we should be able to keep the authority end date as is and have a separate field for the lost management date

  2. It is important to have the ability to identify the operator who processed a creditor invoice so that if there are errors further training can occur. Presently it is really difficult to get this information, other than trawling through the 'information audit report', in which case you need to know the date it was entered and currently neither the ledger or the outstanding invoice report shows this information, only the due date.

  3. Ownership statement template improvements

    1. Template fields to include respective "Property Manager" for signing off.

    2. Have one link to which consolidates both the ownership statements and creditor invoices – this “one click” consolidation into one document is an appreciated convenience for owners to have statements and supporting documents in one file.

  5. When the rent is receipted and the tenant has no email, then send the rent receipt to the company inbox so it can be printed and sent to the tenant - like how PT does this with Automated Communications.

  6. It would be nice if the compliance reminder and its details could be emailed to the relevant PM, turning red is fine but if we don't go into the property card, we don't see it?

  7. An attachment dragged and dropped into a task (for example – an email, a PDF invoice, a document etc) is saving to the Documents Tab Notes column section in the following format ‘'Category: Property Task’. This is not descriptive at all and doesn’t shed any light on what is attached. Is there a way for them to save using the Task Summary wording or Task Category wording instead?

With the new feature where a bond increase can be added with a rent increase, its it possible to have Property Tree calculate what the increase is rather than relying on users calculating this leaving room for mistakes. This could be a pre-determined setting based on bond being equal to 4 weeks rent or whatever is set up for each account.

  9. We would love the ability to choose the frequency of an owner statement dependent on our owner's requests. Eg. we have owners that only want 1 statement per month, but want a mid-month and end of month payment, so receive 2 statements, and other owners that are happy to receive 2 statements per month. This selection could be saved on the owner profile so when processing the owner payments, it would only need to be run once and Property Tree would know the owner preferences.

  12. ABN spot owners and tenants be reformatted to show like this with the spaces: 11 222 333 444 so we can copy & paste direct from the ABN search website. At the moment as it's formatted 11222333444 and cuts off the last 2 numbers when copy & pasted

  14. Automated Tasks please:

    1. when the rent is due for review
    2. when the lease is due to expire
    3. when a vacate date is entered
    4. when a new tenancy is entered
    5. when compliance is due to expire

  16. There should be BCC option when sending emails through communication. It is imperative as at times, "To" recipient will not review the others whereas necessary for internal reference and communication.

  18. Rental Schedule - has a yellow square for you to pick the anniversary date of the next increase.

    Is there any way we could look into having a rental schedule from the last rental increase (12 months) that you could not issue a rental increase within that period. As NSW can only increase the rent once every 12 months.

  19. RRP able to update the account their rent is paid into via the owner app with 2FA, to avoid having to call the office.
    We are seeing more and more RRP's looking for more secure options to share bank accounts details.

  20. Would be great to be able to attach a document EG an email, report or picture about an incident/arrears etc to a note created in the PT system that may be an on-going issue/have an ongoing story where chronological information contained in the 1 place is important
