  2. ABN spot owners and tenants be reformatted to show like this with the spaces: 11 222 333 444 so we can copy & paste direct from the ABN search website. At the moment as it's formatted 11222333444 and cuts off the last 2 numbers when copy & pasted

  4. Automated Tasks please:

    1. when the rent is due for review
    2. when the lease is due to expire
    3. when a vacate date is entered
    4. when a new tenancy is entered
    5. when compliance is due to expire

  5. List the company name, p[hone and email address of the strata manager who is looking after the building in the event that works or reporting items that are on the common property

  6. There should be BCC option when sending emails through communication. It is imperative as at times, "To" recipient will not review the others whereas necessary for internal reference and communication.

  7. When owners use their own trades or have specific trade person instructions for agent and tenant have a section of maintenance screen where it highlights so no errors are made in using incorrect people

  8. Rental Schedule - has a yellow square for you to pick the anniversary date of the next increase.

    Is there any way we could look into having a rental schedule from the last rental increase (12 months) that you could not issue a rental increase within that period. As NSW can only increase the rent once every 12 months.

  9. RRP able to update the account their rent is paid into via the owner app with 2FA, to avoid having to call the office.
    We are seeing more and more RRP's looking for more secure options to share bank accounts details.

  10. Would be great to be able to attach a document EG an email, report or picture about an incident/arrears etc to a note created in the PT system that may be an on-going issue/have an ongoing story where chronological information contained in the 1 place is important

  11. We would love to be able to schedule an ingoing condition inspection without a tenancy profile. We often have staff completing inspections before we have leased a property, particularly with our current turnover rates here in Vic. It would be advantageous to have a manual add from the property profile.

  13. Is this something you will be improving? it seems to be a system flaw and not practical at all that messages to your communications area cannot be posted/dropped into other areas of the system. For example a request for maintenance . I should be able to drag the message into the job request area. Or tenant queries etc into Notes for the tenant

  15. Would like the ability to set the statement date rather than on the day the statement is created, so a full month statement can be created. Currently if month end falls on a weekend the report is dated for the day the statement is generated.

    As a example we would like to create an ownership statement for the 31st of the month so the statement period is from 1st - 31st of a month in line with accounting periods.

  17. Tenant invoices should include the BPAY and DEFT reference number/tenancy ID number. I am getting complaints and requests from tenants for audit and compliance purposes and general ease of payment. Every invoice I receive has the payment details/options included on the invoice. Can you please advise if this is being looked at? Thanks

  18. Please can we add a account description column next to the account code column in "find transactions". It will make it easier to read exported Excel reports without having to do a vlookup function.

  20. Is it possible to have a widget on the agency panel for un lodged bonds? For example when a bond is receipted, it will appear with the address of the property and how many days it was receipted. Once the bond is lodged with the bond admin, the property disappears. This would be very useful to licensees.
