Pop Up alerts when entering Tenant Vacating Details
We would love to see a pop up come up when entering Tenant vacate information for specific information that needs to be done for that property - e.g. we have one property and if it's going to be empty for more that a week the gas pilot needs to be turned off by the body corp maintenance guy otherwise the owner gets hit with a large bill when it's vacant. The pinned notes are not obvious enough unless you consciously click on them to see what they are.

I agree, this would be a very beneficial feature. A pop-up notification during the tenant vacate process would help ensure critical property-specific tasks are not missed, particularly where there are financial, maintenance, or compliance implications. Unlike pinned notes, which can easily be overlooked unless manually checked, an automatic prompt would provide a clear and timely reminder to staff at the exact point the action is required. This would improve visibility, reduce risk of costly oversights, and help maintain consistent property management processes across all properties. Would recommend this feature in a heart beat!!!
