  3. When you are doing work order, it would be really handy to be able to see if you have created a work order but not actually sent the work or quote order. At the moment it says it's open but you can't see until you go into each work order if it has been sent to not. we have had a couple of issues lately where they have not been sent and we think they have.

  4. The ability to Set a general reminder for the PM eg. Followup Renewals sent *** date without having to link it to a profile.

  5. Add a filter to exclude commercial rent invoices from the list of overdue tenancy invoices. Commercial invoices are sent to tenants 14 days before they are due so they end up showing as overdue when we want to just check on overdue water usgae or outgoings invoices

  6. Every transaction sends a story sheet to the purchaser and vendor conveyancer. It outlines the particulars of each sale and all contact information of the involved parties.

    The Story Sheet details are collected on one A4 page.

    Details include

    Agency details and contact information
    Selling agent's details and contact information
    Property Address (Full)
    Vendor's details and contact information
    Vendors Conveyancers details and contact information
    Purchasers details and contact information
    Purchaser Broker details and contact information (if required)
    Puchaers Conveyancers details and contact information
    Purchase amount on the contract
    The deposit paid and the date held in the trust account
    Settlement…

  7. On the ownership window, the last payment should reflect the "last payment" made, even if its $0.00. At the moment, it gets a little confusing because it shows last payment (this could be from a month before) and last statement being the latest statement. I.e an owner didn't have enough money to pay all outstanding bills so this months payment was $0.00. On the ownership window, it doesn't show $0.00. It shows their last payment from the month before.

  8. I have owners who pay their own accounts and don't want them deducted from rents, just pinning a 'note' to the profile is not enough of an alert stopping me from accidentally entering the invoice. Would love an ALERT to pop up when entering invoice to stop me from making this mistake.

  10. There is no option for tenancy invoice amount merge field to be added to the tenancy invoice email template. please get this added so the amount appears in the email and tenants don't need to click the link.

  11. Show tenants current rent amount on the receipt. It shows on the receipt screen when entering and after it's been entered, but that does not pull through to the printed/emailed receipt

  13. When completing the Bulk Portfolio Assignment from one Portfolio to another Portfolio, it would be great to be able to edit the list to remove any properties you do not wish to be assigned to the other portfolio. Also, if there was an option at this point to use tags to filter properties, and select between residential and commercial tenancies.

  15. When reporting on completed jobs have the date available for when the job complete tab was activiated in Property Tree, this will then give a timeline from job being created to being completed. This is important for those that use different system for invoicing the creditors etc.

  16. A system or notification option that showes how many times a renter has been issued a notice to vacate for rental arrears, to easily show what strike within a 12 month period the renter is up to.

  19. Option to have the property managers name in all reports, so that when they are exported or printed this is known. As it is only a filter, it's not apparent unless still on that screen in PropertyTree as to who the agent is

  20. We need a consolidated report which is able to be separated by each sales rep (by tag maybe?) which shows all advertising spent to date for each of their own listings. I was able to produce this report in REST and would send it to each Rep monthly so they could keep track of their spending and not go over budget or if needed, contact their Vendor and request further funds.
