Ability to create own commercial rent review types
Please look at putting in the ability to create your own wording for a type of increase. We have a several tenancies which just don't quite fit into the standard "fixed, CPI, market" category.

This is absolutely needed so we can set up all types of rent increases from the start. Some leases may have up to a 20 year term with different types of increases.
