Additional Sales Merge Fields
There is no option for a merge field for commission, the commission amount needs to be on the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice to Vendor, not being able to merge this information directly onto the Sales Advice & Tax Invoice leaves alot of room for human error, especially when entering multiple sales. There are also no merge fields for Vendor & Purchaser Conveyancer contact details (phone numbers, emails etc) also important to be noted on the Sales Advice

Have the vendor and purchaser's conveyance emails and phone numbers available in the mail merge fields.
There is a lot of double handling to prepare a Sales Advice
Also have the conditions of sale available on the screen and the mail merge options. -

I do not understand why there are no merge fields for solcitors/conveyancers. If we are adding the data there shouls be an automatice field created so we can add it to a sales advice.

This would be a great feature to have added. As address contact is available and as most documents are emailed now would be good to have the correct information added at all time.
