  1. It would be great to have an option to add sale anniversary dates, so we can send communication out to owners with the potential of another sale down the track.

  2. Currently if an owner has multiple properties all on the one statement, any charges such as letting fees do not specify which property they are for. It would be very helpful if this could be specified to avoid owner queries.

  5. While we can refine the search by Portfolio, we can’t search by Tags (unless we are updating Tags in bulk). It would be great to have Tags available on all Bulk Update options. This can for example be very helpful after a SORR into an existing database, and the client wants to update the newly imported profiles only, and not make any changes on the existing one.

  6. Ability to upload 1 document with multiple pages (invoices) to Invoice Genius, then split into individual invoices, like in FileSmart.
    And also being able to merge invoices

  7. I would like to be able to create a list of all sales in a date range and listed in chronological order. Currently if I try to create such a list, the only was is with a sales ledger which lists the details in order of the vendor's first name.

  9. When you enter "Next Rent Review" date, you automatically get an alert reminder when that day has been reached, because currently you have to manually enter an alert under notes or pull a rent review report, an automatic reminder would be more simple and user friendly.

  11. It would be great if in configuration you can add multiple inspection frequency scenarios, i.e. one for 3 month and one for 6 month.
    Then when adding in a property or tenancy there is an option to select which frequency that particular property/tenant is on.

    Currently I am setting notes with reminders to update after each inspection and then resetting a note as most of my inspections are 3 monthly but there is a number of owners that only require 6 monthly. Not only does this involve more admin time, it could easily be removed from the alerts or missed.

    Hi Tash, thanks for your suggestion. I was wondering if you were aware that in the inspection tab on the tenancy, if you click the edit pencil you can override the company default (of 3 months as an example, and set this tenants inspections to 6 month frequency), so it will look to this when doing the updates. I hope this helps in the interim - as this would be a good option to have against the property, so that when tenants come and go, the set frequency for that property would remain.   12. Ability to preview the Sales Statement without sending them to the Company Email. Currently, the only option is to send the Sales Statement to the Agent, which uses the Company Email. However, that causes an issue if the Salesperson doesn’t have access to the Company Email. If we can preview it before sending it, it allows us to double check the information.

  15. I would like the ability to be able to change the time that the automatic Tenant invoicing gets sent out to my tenants. They are receiving notifications at 3 am and feel this is extremely inconsiderate.

  16. It would be great to add a new mail merge field for Tenancy_RentPeriodNew. There is an option for RentAmountNew but no option for when the payment period is changing also.

  17. We have a large portfolio and would like the ability to create a report of inactive creditors - both trades and other creditors so we can archive them on an annual basis and keep our records and database tidy. I have tried doing this through BI but it misses the creditors and doing it through Property Tree limits a search to 2000 records which is the size of our database so doesn't work either. Please advise if you have a better way.............. your support team recommended I put this idea here

  19. Can we please have the 'date created' listed on each task showing on the task tab in the individual profiles, not just on the task management report. We need this feature to easily identify how long a task has been hanging around without having to resort to bringing up the full report each time. This feature was previously available in the notes tab.

  20. i would like to enquire on how we can add an extra tab in the Ownership profile, purely for proof of ownership, managing authorities, photo id, landlord instructions. As we constantly need to track through 5 - 10 pages in the documents tab just to look for these?
    in all - im requesting an additional tab next to communication or documents .. (under ownership tab) as these 4 we need the most when relisting a property.
