  1. It would be great to have in Invoice genius a link to view job work order. This would allow you to check that quoted amounts match the invoice or if you have multiple jobs, to select the correct job rather than having to go out and open via maintenance.

  2. Love the compliance register
    Love that you can now search properties with no compliance
    Hate that when you created the compliance register you migrated the existing smoke alarm compliance over calling it migrated smoke alarm and now we have two categories for the same thing and as a result no clear way of searching for properties with no smoke alarm compliance. Can you create a bulk update for compliance categories so we can transfer them one way or the other rather than having to individually update each property?

  4. A report is needed which shows which bonds are still outstanding (to be finalised) for vacated tenants, like you can do in REST. The vacating report in PT does not give any bond information.

  5. due to the date being Auto Entered as the current date, i have mistakenly Reconciled my bank as per todays date, not as the bank statement. being able to change the date in addition to the amount would be a saving grace. Especially for auditing purposes.

  8. It would be helpful if the creditor details, name and TELEPHONE number are included on the workorder so when you cc the tenants they have the ability to follow up the creditor and ensure the job is booked in. Only currently able to add name of creditor

  9. Currently there is no way of downloading a PD file/ list with open maintenance requests by creditor. At the moment you can only copy/paste into your own word file or "print screen". Would be fantastic to have this option- would make it easier with open jobs to follow up on.

  10. We require additional fields when running Tenancy Rent Reviews report. We need property suburb and also the details ie no of beds, baths and car as per the information already in property tree. This is so we can conduct rent reviews from the report without the need to keep flipping backs and forwards to the property tab in property tree.

  11. Merge field for bond held amount

    There is no available merge field right now for bond held amount from “PT’s Property Management mail merge fields”. This is to be added to mail merge templates we use. Please get this added so the amount appears in the templates we use on a daily basis.

    Can bond held be also visible on the tenancy card overview alongside with rent weekly, paid to date, total arrears etc.?

    This really would be of great help on my end & really important to our contracts preparation. Thank you

  13. The option to add breach inspections as a type of inspection for example; routine, breach, ingoing, outgoing. Allowing breach inspections to be uploaded and sent to owners through the system. Send automated reminder notice to tenant. Keeping them grouped with other inspections for the tenancy. Which would also be beneficial when going to court with the report function. Making this task easier and more efficient.

  14. Include a property detail notes tab
    Property main tab - Details mini tab - Property details section - Add notes option here.
    This is where specific information for properties can be added such as meter locations, inclusions/exclusions and general information for each individual property making accessing this information easy in the one place.

  15. Currently arrears SMS messages are only sent when set up ie day 3 and 7. A way where the arrears messages could be send daily from day 3 for example, so that we dont have to set up 15 different SMS daily messages in the auto communications tab. This would benefit if there are any serial offenders or tribunal matters where it may go over 15 days, as they currently just STOP getting alerted at all which makes it worse.

  18. Currently if an owner has multiple properties all on the one statement, any charges such as letting fees do not specify which property they are for. It would be very helpful if this could be specified to avoid owner queries.
