  1. While a user is setting up a specific time frame in PT (e.g. 10am – 4pm), MRI Inspect automatically sets up either ‘Morning’ or ‘Afternoon’.

    Also, the report generated in MRI Inspect does not display the same time as setup in PT, nor does it display what’s auto setup in MRI Inspect.

    Can you please make the TIME format in MRI Inspect the same as in PT (= specific time frame) and also allow a user to edit the date & time in MRI Inspect before creating the report.

  2. The ability to restrict users from being able to edit ownership details without prohibiting them from being able to upload documents against owner profiles. The two security measures are currently linked under the one option in the security configuration.

    In addition being able to restrict access from users being able to delete documents without prohibiting them from being able to upload documents.

    Overall an overhaul of the security provisions is required to be able to allow better supervision over changes in Property Tree.

  3. Is it possible to have a widget on the agency panel for un lodged bonds? For example when a bond is receipted, it will appear with the address of the property and how many days it was receipted. Once the bond is lodged with the bond admin, the property disappears. This would be very useful to licensees.

  4. New bond work flow updates are great, however to enable us to meet the requirements of the Act in providing the required notice for the Bond Top up in Automated Communication a Bond Top Due Date and the ability to set automation on the rent increase date not just prior would be required.

  5. I would like the ability to be able to change the time that the automatic Tenant invoicing gets sent out to my tenants. They are receiving notifications at 3 am and feel this is extremely inconsiderate.

  6. The need to create a meaningful tenancy summary that includes critical information is needed. The current summary does not include all information eg. Lease Commencement, Expiry, Term, Option details for every option, rent increases of all types, tenant name, trading name, Reported Sales, turnover thresholds, Net Rent, Outgoings total, Marketing Levy, next review date, first and last date to exercise option, the date by which a notice must be given and the like.

  9. It would be helpful if we could have the option for more than one bank account to be configured for direct debit payments. E.g. if a couple each want to pay half the rent from there own accounts via direct debit.

  10. Can we please have the 'date created' listed on each task showing on the task tab in the individual profiles, not just on the task management report. We need this feature to easily identify how long a task has been hanging around without having to resort to bringing up the full report each time. This feature was previously available in the notes tab.

  11. I'd like to see the bond arrears page improve. Currently there is a screen that shows how much arrears is outstanding, it doesn't however tell you when the arrears is due. For instance, rent increases (and therefore bond increases) are listed for future renewals = not yet in arrears. Then have to cross-reference and double handle. Needs an additional column or filter to show what's due and when.

  13. Currently we cannot input budgets into property tree, we can only print out income an expense reports which means we have to manually do a spreadsheet to follow budget actual v projected.

  14. to have a search engine where you can search for expired compliance for properties on their own in case any have been missed when entering, and those that have no details for compliance at all.

  15. Having the ability to export CSV for 'Reconciled Items', 'Unreconciled Items' & 'Adjustments', from the Bank Reconciliation screen and also from the Trust & Reports screen, would make any troubleshooting for Bank Rec Variances a lot easier.

  17. The property details section should have the option to include theatre/study so when looking at the property card for rent reviews/advertising, it is easy so see these additional features rather than just 4 beds, 2 baths, 2 cars.

  18. The payee information card links the payee to a contact and this is not always the case. If the payee could be linked to the bank account name instead. This does show correctly on the ownership statement but it does not show correctly from our internal end which causes concern and confusion. E.g. If we pay ABC Pty Ltd, the payee should say ABC Pty Ltd not the contact name of Joe Smith who is just a representative of the company.

  19. Love the compliance register
    Love that you can now search properties with no compliance
    Hate that when you created the compliance register you migrated the existing smoke alarm compliance over calling it migrated smoke alarm and now we have two categories for the same thing and as a result no clear way of searching for properties with no smoke alarm compliance. Can you create a bulk update for compliance categories so we can transfer them one way or the other rather than having to individually update each property?
