  1. Ability to preview the Sales Statement without sending them to the Company Email. Currently, the only option is to send the Sales Statement to the Agent, which uses the Company Email. However, that causes an issue if the Salesperson doesn’t have access to the Company Email. If we can preview it before sending it, it allows us to double check the information.

  3. Have the ability to pin/favourite files in document management so they always appear at the top of the list. Currently they all appear in the order they were saved, so when you have a property you've managed for a long time, the most important files can be the very first ones ever saved

  4. Improvement Suggestion: Streamline Routine Inspection Scheduling

    Is anyone actually using Property Tree for scheduling routine inspections? I am trying and finding the current system is clunky, clumsy, and lacks essential features.

    Key Pain Points:

    Missed Properties: No way to track if a property has been missed for scheduling

    Holiday Scheduling: No block-out periods for holidays, inspectors' leave, or public holidays.

    Route Planning: No effective route planner within the scheduler, making it difficult to schedule and navigate multiple properties.

    Current route planner only allows for 7 properties, which is insufficient for our needs (up to 15 inspections per day).

  6. While a user is setting up a specific time frame in PT (e.g. 10am – 4pm), MRI Inspect automatically sets up either ‘Morning’ or ‘Afternoon’.

    Also, the report generated in MRI Inspect does not display the same time as setup in PT, nor does it display what’s auto setup in MRI Inspect.

    Can you please make the TIME format in MRI Inspect the same as in PT (= specific time frame) and also allow a user to edit the date & time in MRI Inspect before creating the report.

  7. Is it possible to have a widget on the agency panel for un lodged bonds? For example when a bond is receipted, it will appear with the address of the property and how many days it was receipted. Once the bond is lodged with the bond admin, the property disappears. This would be very useful to licensees.

  8. It is annoying that when you edit a tenancy invoice for whatever reason that the system cancels the original and creates a new invoice. You should just be able to edit it and I don't understand why you can't.

  9. It would be great to add a new mail merge field for Tenancy_RentPeriodNew. There is an option for RentAmountNew but no option for when the payment period is changing also.

  10. We have a large portfolio and would like the ability to create a report of inactive creditors - both trades and other creditors so we can archive them on an annual basis and keep our records and database tidy. I have tried doing this through BI but it misses the creditors and doing it through Property Tree limits a search to 2000 records which is the size of our database so doesn't work either. Please advise if you have a better way.............. your support team recommended I put this idea here

  11. Breach and Terminations notices would be useful to be shown on Rental Ledgers.

    Tribunal reports are not shared with PMs on references, Rental ledgers need to be the main source of arrears and breach notices information.

    This would give clear insight to Property Managers when looking at an applicants history, and on a business internal view, a snapshot of the tenants history of breaches and termination notices.

  12. Can we please have the 'date created' listed on each task showing on the task tab in the individual profiles, not just on the task management report. We need this feature to easily identify how long a task has been hanging around without having to resort to bringing up the full report each time. This feature was previously available in the notes tab.

  13. i would like to enquire on how we can add an extra tab in the Ownership profile, purely for proof of ownership, managing authorities, photo id, landlord instructions. As we constantly need to track through 5 - 10 pages in the documents tab just to look for these?
    in all - im requesting an additional tab next to communication or documents .. (under ownership tab) as these 4 we need the most when relisting a property.

  14. When creating a new Inspection for a tenant it would be great to be able to have Tenant Assisted Inspection as an option - currently it is only Routine, Ingoing and Outgoing. When looking at a tenant profile and an inspection is in the confirmed stage we can not tell if it is a Tenant Assisted Routine or an Agent Routine which is booked.

  15. I'd like to see the bond arrears page improve. Currently there is a screen that shows how much arrears is outstanding, it doesn't however tell you when the arrears is due. For instance, rent increases (and therefore bond increases) are listed for future renewals = not yet in arrears. Then have to cross-reference and double handle. Needs an additional column or filter to show what's due and when.

  16. Since the tasks upgrade has happened we are finding we are having to double handle a lot of things. especially maintenance, to be able to follow up
    when entering maintenance we used to just put a note in with a follow up date, now we have to create a maintenance request, a task and a note which is creating a lot more work and becomes confusing when having to redirect to different pages to update dates and notes.

  17. We really need to be able to put journal entries through for accounts that may have been miscoded or correct a gst error on an invoice paid.

It would be good if we could have it set up that when you look at your rent review reports that it is set up like a timeline or checklist for each property so you know where you are at e.g. overdue, with landlord, instructions receive, notice issued, updated next rent review date, confirmation sent to landlord. I seen something with PropertyMe and Managed and I wish PropertyTree had something like this instead of reports in PDF and spreadsheets.

  19. Ability to customise reports by adding particular reports for instance with the rent review reports when selecting a list of the properties that have never had a rent increase we can't see an original lease date field or lease end field that we can then sort and filter down to the relevant properties.

    The filters on some reports aren't working in particular the original lease start date filter and the column doesnt show on the report.
