If we had an Insurance Tab similar to the compliance tab we would be able to do a health check on our portfolios to ensure and encourage all rental providers have their landlord insurance policies in place. this would help identify rental providers with no insurance and mitigate risk to office and rental providers. From a business perspective this would ensure the health of our rent roll and provide value and service to our rental providers

  2. When a tenant vacate date is entered, we should be able to put in the tenants bank details so that when bond is received, we can process the refund quickly.

  4. The option to add breach inspections as a type of inspection for example; routine, breach, ingoing, outgoing. Allowing breach inspections to be uploaded and sent to owners through the system. Send automated reminder notice to tenant. Keeping them grouped with other inspections for the tenancy. Which would also be beneficial when going to court with the report function. Making this task easier and more efficient.

  5. Include a property detail notes tab
    Property main tab - Details mini tab - Property details section - Add notes option here.
    This is where specific information for properties can be added such as meter locations, inclusions/exclusions and general information for each individual property making accessing this information easy in the one place.

  9. Currently if an owner has multiple properties all on the one statement, any charges such as letting fees do not specify which property they are for. It would be very helpful if this could be specified to avoid owner queries.

  10. Currently owner funds are withheld for payments due in the next 30 days, we'd like the ability to change this to make it shorter based on our business requirements for instance only withhold funds for payments due in the next 15 days.

  11. While we can refine the search by Portfolio, we can’t search by Tags (unless we are updating Tags in bulk). It would be great to have Tags available on all Bulk Update options. This can for example be very helpful after a SORR into an existing database, and the client wants to update the newly imported profiles only, and not make any changes on the existing one.

  12. Display the Property Manager’s name in Invoice Genius on the ‘Bulk Processing’ screen, next to the Property address, so we can identify the PM and bulk forward invoices (similar to FileSmart).
    Also display the PM on the invoice screen once the invoice has been opened and Property selected, which will be helpful for any invoices that were not bulk processed users currently have to have 2 screens open, to find out who the PM is, before they can forward the invoice

  13. I would like to be able to create a list of all sales in a date range and listed in chronological order. Currently if I try to create such a list, the only was is with a sales ledger which lists the details in order of the vendor's first name.

  15. It would be good to have a separate option to switch off the creation of an Income & Expenditure report for an ownership, if possible. Currently, the only option is to switch off Statements and Income & Expenditure Reports

  16. Can you please add the Merge Field for {Text Field On Email Dialog} to the default Auto Communication template for 'Request Owner Approval of Maintenance Job Quote'.
    Reason, when selecting to send such a Request, the free text field makes a user believe any entered text will be shared with the Owner. But it won't unless a user adds that merge field to the Auto Comm prior .
    It makes the free text field misleading.
    Alternatively, add a comment to that free text field, informing a user to add the merge field to their Auto Comm should they want to…

  17. Ability to preview the Sales Statement without sending them to the Company Email. Currently, the only option is to send the Sales Statement to the Agent, which uses the Company Email. However, that causes an issue if the Salesperson doesn’t have access to the Company Email. If we can preview it before sending it, it allows us to double check the information.
