Breach Inspections
The option to add breach inspections as a type of inspection for example; routine, breach, ingoing, outgoing. Allowing breach inspections to be uploaded and sent to owners through the system. Send automated reminder notice to tenant. Keeping them grouped with other inspections for the tenancy. Which would also be beneficial when going to court with the report function. Making this task easier and more efficient.

To have a breach inspection option added will mean that we can use a breach template to send to tenants - currently tenants receive the standard routine letter which does not align with the breach inspection and causes confusion.
