  1. Would be great to not have a character limit when generating a creditor invoice

    This will help with not having to adjust the contractors description at all.

  2. when logging in to PT on mobile and you get your one time code and click 'add from messages' the entire number is populated into the first box - it would be good if this was changed to populate into the boxes correctly.

  3. create another line in the creditor invoicing so we can enter both the service & usage charge in one entry as well as being able to invoice the tenant portion

  4. Not sure why this has changed from date order to $ amount order. I believe it is because they wanted the Report (printed - not CSV) to match the order of the Transaction Credit Receipts in Tenant Download. I can't see how that would benefit anyone? Surely no-one wants to change/check the date for each transaction, one at a time? Easiest to keep the date for each day's transactions, complete that day/date, then move to the next day.

  5. Currently have the issue of assigning key numbers just to find a key on the hook with the same number (obviously not correctly handed off when management was lost/sold OR someone has accidently removed it on PT). Would love to have a key number history/report to see what other properties had the same key number and when it was removed.

  6. Have been using Ad Hoc emails and adding a second email address to get a copy emailed to additional tenants etc - but that doesn’t show up in the Communications or Print View (and it really should). Otherwise we have no record that the email went to both email addresses.

  7. The ability to print from invoice genius. As we get downloaded from places like water corp etc. Sometimes there is a zero balance, you cant print it out straight from invoice genius. We have to log back into water corp and download again.
    We get 200 - 300 invoices a month, they get flicked to the pms but it may be a day or two before they process. It would just be nice to be able to print straight from the queue

  10. To reduce any Bank Rec issues because it hasn’t been done for a while, it might be good to get pop-up reminders, alerting Agents to take action.
    For PT users who are not required to do Bank Recs at all, it would be good to have a turn on/off option for such reminders (controlled by MRI on the Admin Portal, not accessible for users). Maybe get users to sign/agree on that.

  11. When you enter "Next Rent Review" date, you automatically get an alert reminder when that day has been reached, because currently you have to manually enter an alert under notes or pull a rent review report, an automatic reminder would be more simple and user friendly.

  12. We are required to have a water meter read on the Ingoing Property Condition Report though there is no where for this information to be carried over into PT.
    We will need to check invoices prior to the auto processing incase a property has been sitting for a few days and retic has been on / property has settled / water leak. We need to be able to clarify which has always been a great audit feature when you can put the KL used with the dates. Didn't need to go back and look through invoices and clarify as you…

  17. When auditing workflows for reporting it would be helpful if it had further insights.

    IE. When a new tenancy moves in, I can run a report for all of December and 20 completed workflows may appear but 30 new tenants may have been signed up so there would be a gap of 10 missing.

    To work this out I would have to run the workflow report and the a original lease start date report to work out the missing profiles.

    This would be the same with a end of tenancy etc.

  18. The general notes in routine inspection, would be great if they rolled over to the next inspection when created. ie so can see owner likes to attend. It can appear in the inspection summary as well. Very helpful when a junior does an inspection

  19. Have the option to make two Primary contacts, as mostly all the landlords want information and correspondence not just one. That way this speaks to inspection manager and routine inspection reports can be emailed to both landlords automatically instead of typing them in every time for properties.
