Document Management Folders
When you open the document tab it should be set into folders or categories so all documents can be filtered into different tabs and not shown as a list of random documents. The categories could be set by each agency like (management docs, invoices, maintenance, tenant docs, compliance, etc.) I know there are categories already however having all documents held together in one folder by type would make things easier.

Alerts in Invoice Genius
I have owners who pay their own accounts and don't want them deducted from rents, just pinning a 'note' to the profile is not enough of an alert stopping me from accidentally entering the invoice. Would love an ALERT to pop up when entering invoice to stop me from making this mistake.

Be able to edit the communication of outstanding invoice to vendor with pre populated Sales Trust Bank account details.

Compliance Register - Ability to edit details after they are entered
- Have the ability to edit the 'Category' in the compliance register for a property. This would be handy when the incorrect Category is selected
- Have the ability to edit the details in the Compliance History for a property if required
- Have the ability to bulk edit/join compliance categories

Switching off Income & Expenditure Reports only for owners
It would be good to have a separate option to switch off the creation of an Income & Expenditure report for an ownership, if possible. Currently, the only option is to switch off Statements and Income & Expenditure Reports

Feedback wanted: Global Search changes
Our product team are currently discussing enhancements to how you can use the Global Search and we'd love your feedback. This includes
- Ability to search for phone numbers and email addresses
- Ability to search for separate contacts
- Reordering search results, at the moment it the results order is: Tasks; Owner; Property; Tenant; Vendor; Buyer; Creditor however would this work better for you if Tenancy results appeared first, all Contact results, or Property results? Also whether it displays the first 10 matches only with the option to click "more" so that the results to scroll through for each category is shorter?

Routine Inspections - see last inspection when bulk updating
When bulk updating routine inspections it would be good to have a filter field of the date of when the property was last inspected.
It would also be good to have a stoplight system when completing the report/sending to owner to show how frequently the property needs to be inspected due to various issues i.e. green - 9 months for good tenants, amber - 6 months for average tenants, red - 3 months for below average tenants or buildings that require a higher level of monitoring.

When half way through an email in Communications, being able to go out of the communications and the email saving as a draft rather than losing it all together

Tenant Statement showing Rent & Invoices
Option to send a TENANT a statement showing outstanding rent and invoices.
Currently PT only generates an Invoice .. at the bottom of the Invoice it reads
Tenancy - Statement of Outstanding Items .. with a total outstanding $$$$.
This does not include any outstanding rent which is misleading.There should be an option to include RENT. This would save time and provide consistency in the way information (request for funds) is sent to the tenant.

Invoice number & Tenancy ID linked for receipting funds to the correct tenant.
If the tenants put the invoice number on their rent payment (instead of tenancy ID), then PT receipts the money to the correct tenant automatically.

Recurring maintenance jobs
Set up a recurring maintenance order. For example Annual Pest Control.

Property tree needs to be able to allow the input of budgets so we can keep track if we are on budget or not at a glance
Currently we cannot input budgets into property tree, we can only print out income an expense reports which means we have to manually do a spreadsheet to follow budget actual v projected.

All Close Period Reports ticked by Default
Have all report boxes ticked by default on the Close Period screen.
This should apply to all New and also all Existing Property Tree accounts, regardless of what selection was made in the previous accounting month.
This will not only save time having to manually tick each box for new Users or if someone deselected any by mistake, however, it’s also better for all agencies to have all reports generated and not needing them, instead of the other way around.7 votes -
‘Recurring Invoice Summary’ on Accounting page
Can we please have the link to the ‘Recurring Invoice Summary’ report on the Accounting page > under Invoicing, instead of having it on the Trust & Reports page > under Transactions.
This would be consistent with where all other Invoice related reports are. For example: Create + Find Creditor Invoice, Create & Find Tenancy Invoice
However, to Create + Find Recurring Invoices (Creditor / Tenancy), we currently have to navigate to two different landing pages.

Property Details - Theatre/Study
The property details section should have the option to include theatre/study so when looking at the property card for rent reviews/advertising, it is easy so see these additional features rather than just 4 beds, 2 baths, 2 cars.

Filtering of Scheduled Rent Change Notifications
With the new Scheduled Rent Change automated notifications it would be great if we are able to turn these notifications off for certain tenants.
As we have a large amount of tenants utilising Centrepay the $$ amount listed under their rent schedule in their tenancy profile differs to what is described on their lease. We need to account for the $0.99 charged by Centrelink and should the tenants get the automated communications /reminders for their upcoming rent schedule change this could cause a great deal of confusion for the tenants.
