Print from invoice genius
The ability to print from invoice genius. As we get downloaded from places like water corp etc. Sometimes there is a zero balance, you cant print it out straight from invoice genius. We have to log back into water corp and download again.
We get 200 - 300 invoices a month, they get flicked to the pms but it may be a day or two before they process. It would just be nice to be able to print straight from the queue10 votes -
Better explain part payments to owners on statements
Owners have trouble understanding a part payment being paid to them in advance of a full weeks rent currently showing with the paid to and effective dates, so if a tenant pays the old rent amount or rent in advance it is confusing when they receive this money, always months later this is queried.
Could this show on the statement clearly with part payment towards the effective date has been paid to to the owner10 votesPlease pop a comment on any ideas you have to better explain this to your owners

Document Management Folders
When you open the document tab it should be set into folders or categories so all documents can be filtered into different tabs and not shown as a list of random documents. The categories could be set by each agency like (management docs, invoices, maintenance, tenant docs, compliance, etc.) I know there are categories already however having all documents held together in one folder by type would make things easier.

Bank Reconciliation Reminder
To reduce any Bank Rec issues because it hasn’t been done for a while, it might be good to get pop-up reminders, alerting Agents to take action.
For PT users who are not required to do Bank Recs at all, it would be good to have a turn on/off option for such reminders (controlled by MRI on the Admin Portal, not accessible for users). Maybe get users to sign/agree on that.10 votes -
Rent Review Reminder Alerts
When you enter "Next Rent Review" date, you automatically get an alert reminder when that day has been reached, because currently you have to manually enter an alert under notes or pull a rent review report, an automatic reminder would be more simple and user friendly.

Water Invoicing
We are required to have a water meter read on the Ingoing Property Condition Report though there is no where for this information to be carried over into PT.
We will need to check invoices prior to the auto processing incase a property has been sitting for a few days and retic has been on / property has settled / water leak. Email signatures with clickable links (hyperlink or QR Code)
Ability to add a clickable link into the user banners i.e. QR code link to be clickable not just scannable in the image. Extend format of files from just PNG and JPEG to Other formats that include links.

Have the ability to pin/favourite files in document management so they always appear at the top of the list. Currently they all appear in the order they were saved, so when you have a property you've managed for a long time, the most important files can be the very first ones ever saved

WorkFlow Audit Reporting
When auditing workflows for reporting it would be helpful if it had further insights.
IE. When a new tenancy moves in, I can run a report for all of December and 20 completed workflows may appear but 30 new tenants may have been signed up so there would be a gap of 10 missing.
To work this out I would have to run the workflow report and the a original lease start date report to work out the missing profiles.
This would be the same with a end of tenancy etc.

General Inspection Notes Rollover
The general notes in routine inspection, would be great if they rolled over to the next inspection when created. ie so can see owner likes to attend. It can appear in the inspection summary as well. Very helpful when a junior does an inspection

Can PT not to include any outstanding payment on a commercial invoice?
It is very confusing to seeing other invoices on a new invoice. Most of the commercial tenants complaint about the messy look on the invoice as it looks like statement more than invoice. Their bookkeeper and accountant also get confused with this layout.
