Update payee name to reflect account name for ownership
The payee information card links the payee to a contact and this is not always the case. If the payee could be linked to the bank account name instead. This does show correctly on the ownership statement but it does not show correctly from our internal end which causes concern and confusion. E.g. If we pay ABC Pty Ltd, the payee should say ABC Pty Ltd not the contact name of Joe Smith who is just a representative of the company.

Compliance categories - Bulk update
Love the compliance register
Love that you can now search properties with no compliance
Hate that when you created the compliance register you migrated the existing smoke alarm compliance over calling it migrated smoke alarm and now we have two categories for the same thing and as a result no clear way of searching for properties with no smoke alarm compliance. Can you create a bulk update for compliance categories so we can transfer them one way or the other rather than having to individually update each property?8 votes -

Maintenance - Add Creditor Details and Phone number to workorder
It would be helpful if the creditor details, name and TELEPHONE number are included on the workorder so when you cc the tenants they have the ability to follow up the creditor and ensure the job is booked in. Only currently able to add name of creditor

Key Number History
Currently have the issue of assigning key numbers just to find a key on the hook with the same number (obviously not correctly handed off when management was lost/sold OR someone has accidently removed it on PT). Would love to have a key number history/report to see what other properties had the same key number and when it was removed.

Property Manager Version of PropertyTree weekly agency overview
A weekly generated email to the Property Managers, similar to that of the PT weekly agency overview would be great.
Provide a view to each property manager and their portfolio on a Monday morning would be extremely beneficial in setting their week up for success.

Show Property Address on Charges - Multi Owner
Currently if an owner has multiple properties all on the one statement, any charges such as letting fees do not specify which property they are for. It would be very helpful if this could be specified to avoid owner queries.

Print from invoice genius
The ability to print from invoice genius. As we get downloaded from places like water corp etc. Sometimes there is a zero balance, you cant print it out straight from invoice genius. We have to log back into water corp and download again.
We get 200 - 300 invoices a month, they get flicked to the pms but it may be a day or two before they process. It would just be nice to be able to print straight from the queue8 votes -
Ability to change when to withhold funds for invoices
Currently owner funds are withheld for payments due in the next 30 days, we'd like the ability to change this to make it shorter based on our business requirements for instance only withhold funds for payments due in the next 15 days.

User Activity Summary Report
Summaries a user's daily activity not just login date and time.
It would be very useful for the administrators to monitor the user activity in Property Tree and assess the user's work efficiency using Property Tree and identify areas that users do not use often and need training on.

Document Management Folders
When you open the document tab it should be set into folders or categories so all documents can be filtered into different tabs and not shown as a list of random documents. The categories could be set by each agency like (management docs, invoices, maintenance, tenant docs, compliance, etc.) I know there are categories already however having all documents held together in one folder by type would make things easier.

Ability to upload 1 document with multiple pages (invoices) to Invoice Genius, then split into individual invoices, like in FileSmart.

Compliance Register - Ability to edit details after they are entered
- Have the ability to edit the 'Category' in the compliance register for a property. This would be handy when the incorrect Category is selected
- Have the ability to edit the details in the Compliance History for a property if required
- Have the ability to bulk edit/join compliance categories

It would be good to have a separate option to switch off the creation of an Income & Expenditure report for an ownership, if possible. Currently, the only option is to switch off Statements and Income & Expenditure Reports

Rent Review Reminder Alerts
When you enter "Next Rent Review" date, you automatically get an alert reminder when that day has been reached, because currently you have to manually enter an alert under notes or pull a rent review report, an automatic reminder would be more simple and user friendly.

Our product team are currently discussing enhancements to how you can use the Global Search and we'd love your feedback. This includes
- Ability to search for phone numbers and email addresses
- Ability to search for separate contacts
- Reordering search results, at the moment it the results order is: Tasks; Owner; Property; Tenant; Vendor; Buyer; Creditor however would this work better for you if Tenancy results appeared first, all Contact results, or Property results? Also whether it displays the first 10 matches only with the option to click "more" so that the results to scroll through for each category is shorter?
