  1. Bpay creditors do not receive statement / remittance advise after payment. It will be good if we have the option of generating statement / advise to confirm the payment status. Real life example, we need to order a security key from Strata urgently, payment sent through bpay but Strata asked for a remittance advise which we are unable to provide.

  6. It is very confusing to seeing other invoices on a new invoice. Most of the commercial tenants complaint about the messy look on the invoice as it looks like statement more than invoice. Their bookkeeper and accountant also get confused with this layout.

  7. It is important to have the ability to identify the operator who processed a creditor invoice so that if there are errors further training can occur. Presently it is really difficult to get this information, other than trawling through the 'information audit report', in which case you need to know the date it was entered and currently neither the ledger or the outstanding invoice report shows this information, only the due date.

  8. RRP able to update the account their rent is paid into via the owner app with 2FA, to avoid having to call the office.
    We are seeing more and more RRP's looking for more secure options to share bank accounts details.

  11. Breach and Terminations notices would be useful to be shown on Rental Ledgers.

    Tribunal reports are not shared with PMs on references, Rental ledgers need to be the main source of arrears and breach notices information.

    This would give clear insight to Property Managers when looking at an applicants history, and on a business internal view, a snapshot of the tenants history of breaches and termination notices.

  13. We would like the tenant card profile to show the effective arrears, not the arrears without part payment applied. The PM's go into the tenant card and see the red arrears amount and tell tenants they are in arrears, when the actually are not, as this is not effective arrears showing

  15. Currently when an ownership profile and bank details are set up, Property Tree does not allow for unusual percentage distributions to owners when there are multiple owners.

    For example, if there are 3 owners with equal ownership of the property and each has different bank account details.

    Currently Property Tree accommodates 2 decimal places.
    - Owner 1 - 33.33%
    - Owner 2 - 33.33%
    - Owner 3 - 33.34%
    Total 100%

    The problem with this is that certain Trust set ups do not allow for this inaccurate percentage distribution.

  16. In the tenant section the "Total Arrears" should only show the rent arrears & not invoices too, I suggest creating a section below that showing the total invoices owing.

  17. It would be great to have in Invoice genius a link to view job work order. This would allow you to check that quoted amounts match the invoice or if you have multiple jobs, to select the correct job rather than having to go out and open via maintenance.

  19. A report is needed which shows which bonds are still outstanding (to be finalised) for vacated tenants, like you can do in REST. The vacating report in PT does not give any bond information.

  20. due to the date being Auto Entered as the current date, i have mistakenly Reconciled my bank as per todays date, not as the bank statement. being able to change the date in addition to the amount would be a saving grace. Especially for auditing purposes.
