  1. When bulk updating routine inspections it would be good to have a filter field of the date of when the property was last inspected.

    It would also be good to have a stoplight system when completing the report/sending to owner to show how frequently the property needs to be inspected due to various issues i.e. green - 9 months for good tenants, amber - 6 months for average tenants, red - 3 months for below average tenants or buildings that require a higher level of monitoring.

  2. Would be good to have a merge field available for inspection type, so that the auto communications for notifying or sending the report can capture what type of inspection is being scheduled or has been done.

  3. Currently if you send text messages from Property Tree to tenants or owners only the property manager receives the reply.

    It would be great if it could be implemented for the User to get the reply (or at least have it as an option).

  4. Have a way to set routine inspections by PROPERTY not TENANT - it just links the current tenancy automatically. This way we can set up auto-reschedule for every 26 weeks and not have to edit the routine dates when a new tenant is locked in.

  6. I would like the ability to be able to change the time that the automatic Tenant invoicing gets sent out to my tenants. They are receiving notifications at 3 am and feel this is extremely inconsiderate.

  8. Currently we cannot input budgets into property tree, we can only print out income an expense reports which means we have to manually do a spreadsheet to follow budget actual v projected.

  9. Have all report boxes ticked by default on the Close Period screen.

    This should apply to all New and also all Existing Property Tree accounts, regardless of what selection was made in the previous accounting month.
    This will not only save time having to manually tick each box for new Users or if someone deselected any by mistake, however, it’s also better for all agencies to have all reports generated and not needing them, instead of the other way around.

  10. Can we please have the link to the ‘Recurring Invoice Summary’ report on the Accounting page > under Invoicing, instead of having it on the Trust & Reports page > under Transactions.

    This would be consistent with where all other Invoice related reports are. For example: Create + Find Creditor Invoice, Create & Find Tenancy Invoice

    However, to Create + Find Recurring Invoices (Creditor / Tenancy), we currently have to navigate to two different landing pages.

  11. Putting invoices on hold - there should be and a way to hold an invoice and to pay in certain ways

    1. Hold to pay when funds available
    2. Pay on DD/MM/YYYY
    3. Hold till processed to pay

    Additional option to hold funds or not

    This holds the specific invoice and a reports can be done for all invoices on hold, or by section/staff member

  13. The property details section should have the option to include theatre/study so when looking at the property card for rent reviews/advertising, it is easy so see these additional features rather than just 4 beds, 2 baths, 2 cars.

  14. With the new Scheduled Rent Change automated notifications it would be great if we are able to turn these notifications off for certain tenants.
    As we have a large amount of tenants utilising Centrepay the $$ amount listed under their rent schedule in their tenancy profile differs to what is described on their lease. We need to account for the $0.99 charged by Centrelink and should the tenants get the automated communications /reminders for their upcoming rent schedule change this could cause a great deal of confusion for the tenants.   15. Details in ledger to show credit details against an invoice rather than just showing reversal of original invoice and then same details with a lower amount owing on invoice. e.g. Original painter's invoice - less credit given by owner for compensation

  17. Would be helpful if we could store information regarding sqm size and features of property for when rent reviews are being completed. Rest had a tab where you could display the sqm of the property and the current rate per sqm

  18. Having a status on the tenant and landlord end that's says that the tenant or landlord has opened the email, it now only shows that it gets delivered.
