See maintenance on archived property

Concept of maintenance should always be property wise, how could an archived property (or simply change of Ownership) "remove" all maintenance history? It should even be shown on the very same property (with different property ID), if not at lease able to be shown on archived property. This 100% being oversight by the development or they don't have a concept of Property Management!?
