  1. The Find Creditor Invoice page has links for #, CREDITOR and PROPERTY. Adding a CREATE INVOICE link will make creating an invoice with the same creditor and property quicker and easier. Please consider.

  2. Rent Calculator is useless, it does not allow to calculate the rent or tells what is the paid to date. Eg. Please refer to PropertyMe Rent Calculator, it does have much more features on the rent calculator than PropertyTree.

  4. The ability to restrict users from being able to edit ownership details without prohibiting them from being able to upload documents against owner profiles. The two security measures are currently linked under the one option in the security configuration.

    In addition being able to restrict access from users being able to delete documents without prohibiting them from being able to upload documents.

    Overall an overhaul of the security provisions is required to be able to allow better supervision over changes in Property Tree.

  5. If there is an option to put all bills processed into a 'pending approval' area then anyone ie assistant/receiptionist/accountant etc can enter the bills and the PM can just glance over them to check accuracy and that the work has been okayed by the owner and click approve. It would also mean that invoiced get a second look before being paid which would avoid a lot of mistakes and double ups.

  6. I think the window for the email is very small and if you are writing a long email, you can't see the whole thing - why is it limited to a third of screen?

  7. Currently water invoices are only printable by manually printing each one - being able to print all invoices entered in a day for postage would make this job much quicker.

  8. if a code is for example 08651 your program wont show anything until I have entered the entire code. It would be great, like in other competitor programs, for the system to predict as the user is typing

  10. Ability to show remediation action for the arrears, so if a renter has a payment plan in place, or a VCAT hearing is pending or scheduled etc. This allows the property manager to focus on the ones that require immediate management vs the ones that are already actioned

  12. Increase the uploadable file size to the documents tab for larger condition reports or property contracts to be uploaded without needing to compress or split the document

  15. Remove the "Manage your inspections here." hard-coded message from routine inspection emails so Tenants can't make changes to the set inspection time unless they contact the office.

  16. It is important to have the ability to identify the operator who processed a creditor invoice so that if there are errors further training can occur. Presently it is really difficult to get this information, other than trawling through the 'information audit report', in which case you need to know the date it was entered and currently neither the ledger or the outstanding invoice report shows this information, only the due date.

  17. Ownership statement template improvements

    1. Template fields to include respective "Property Manager" for signing off.

    2. Have one link to which consolidates both the ownership statements and creditor invoices – this “one click” consolidation into one document is an appreciated convenience for owners to have statements and supporting documents in one file.

  19. We have a Conveyancer who you can only send funds to prior to Settlement via BPAY. On the financial details screen you can only select Cheque or EFT as a payment method. Property Tree support told me to select cheque option and create payment in the sales trust. Our auditors will not be overly happy with this - please include BPAY as a payment option.

  20. When the rent is receipted and the tenant has no email, then send the rent receipt to the company inbox so it can be printed and sent to the tenant - like how PT does this with Automated Communications.
