Communications messages should be able to be dropped and dragged into relevant areas in the system
Is this something you will be improving? it seems to be a system flaw and not practical at all that messages to your communications area cannot be posted/dropped into other areas of the system. For example a request for maintenance . I should be able to drag the message into the job request area. Or tenant queries etc into Notes for the tenant

owner statement to allow for full month as per accounting periods
Would like the ability to set the statement date rather than on the day the statement is created, so a full month statement can be created. Currently if month end falls on a weekend the report is dated for the day the statement is generated.
As a example we would like to create an ownership statement for the 31st of the month so the statement period is from 1st - 31st of a month in line with accounting periods.

When processing 'payments only' it would be good if there was an option to bulk send the statements to the owners/ creditors later on

BPAY details on invoice
Tenant invoices should include the BPAY and DEFT reference number/tenancy ID number. I am getting complaints and requests from tenants for audit and compliance purposes and general ease of payment. Every invoice I receive has the payment details/options included on the invoice. Can you please advise if this is being looked at? Thanks

Add Account Description Column in Find Transactions
Please can we add a account description column next to the account code column in "find transactions". It will make it easier to read exported Excel reports without having to do a vlookup function.

Widget for unlodged bonds
Is it possible to have a widget on the agency panel for un lodged bonds? For example when a bond is receipted, it will appear with the address of the property and how many days it was receipted. Once the bond is lodged with the bond admin, the property disappears. This would be very useful to licensees.

Owner Statement/Tenant Details to show all Income items instead of all under Outgoings
When setting up details in the Property Tab the system only has Outgoings as the other option for income and groups this altogether under Budgeted Outgoings with the Description allowing you to put in a description ie. Outgoings; Car Parking; Storage; Signage etc. From the Tenant card when the Amount for actual Budgeted Outgoings and also Car Parking (for example) are entered, the amounts are all then totalled under Outgoings Amount and displayed like this on the Owner Statement. These should NOT be grouped together as Car Parking, Signage etc are a separate income stream and not classed as Outgoings…

Show which contacts want to receive Communications
Can you please have a tick box on the profile pages for owners and tenants to show at a quick glance that all tenants or all owners wish to be contacted for all communications. Not all communications are done through property tree so this would be very helpful.

Automatic property fees for budgeted Outgoings invoices
Charge the property fee automatically for budgeted Outgoings invoices that are not scheduled and are GST exclusive. Currently you have to do it manually as the GST is linked to the rental GST. If you raise a budgeted Outgoings invoice and the fees are set up to for budgeted outgoings receipted, then the property fee should be automatic charged when raising an invoice.

Communications Email
Communications email to be alerted and show a track record through the communications tab on the portfolio, like other CRMs offer. This is great for when PM's are away or tracking important emails without having to search multiple outlets. Good for training as well.

Priority Tab for Notes
We think a HIGH PRIORITY tab would be good where we could store notes that need to be easily accessible i.e. New Appliance installations with warranty dates, Insurance Claims in progress; Emergency Details; things that you don't want to have to go looking for through pages of Notes but need quick access to.

Creditors- remember last Creditor input until changed
When in Invoice Genius, we would like the system to remember to remember the last Creditor used eg Yarra Valley Water when inputting a large batch of Invoices. We are currently losing a great deal of time searching for the same creditor for every invoice.

Bond Top Up Due Date
New bond work flow updates are great, however to enable us to meet the requirements of the Act in providing the required notice for the Bond Top up in Automated Communication a Bond Top Due Date and the ability to set automation on the rent increase date not just prior would be required.

Category for casual letting
Please can you have a category that you can enter casual lettings, it needs to be separate from lost and gained properties as we archive and unarchive these properties. It affects our lost and gained properties if they have to go to residential rentals.
