  1. one user have access to create new creditors, however, not the bank details section. This is to be added by another authorised user. Or one user able to create the creditor inc bank details, however, needs to be authorised and approved by another authorised user.

  2. Currently if you have a routine inspection fee in place but don't charge for ingoing or outgoing inspections you manually have to delete the fee it would be nice if you could match the fee to the individual inspection rather than it be applied to all routine, ingoings and outgoings.

  3. When checking due dates for Building/Pest Inspection, Finance approval etc, you have to go into the edit pencil beside BUYER: Deposit paid, Settlement date. We should be able to see important condition dates on the same page.

  5. Mail merge templates for emails need to be more user friendly. Currently if you want to add an image you need to copy from an image on the internet - you should be able to copy an image off your computer. You also cannot add things like editable tables to the mail merge. To be able to provide comprehensive data to landlords adding a table would be ideal. The mail merge templates should function more like a normal word document merge.

  6. Currently if you send text messages from Property Tree to tenants or owners only the property manager receives the reply.

    It would be great if it could be implemented for the User to get the reply (or at least have it as an option).

  9. It would be great to be able to forward any email received in the communications tab not just the latest email as part of an email thread. This would enable you to forward previous correspondence that has attachments. Currently, any attachments previously received do not get forwarded as part of the email thread unless they are attached to the most recent email received.

  10. Batch payments have a reference number and no payee description. Is it possible to have the payee group listed, rather than having to drill down on the transaction to identify if it is a creditor, agency, bond or owner payment. If it could list the batch payment payee that would be helpful and time saving.

  12. In the tenant recent transactions add a column showing any rent credits so it is visible when they occurred without having to bring up a ledger

  13. It would be really helpful and benefit efficiency by being able to view the owner/landlord GST status on the Create Creditor Invoice screen when selecting tenancy invoice.

  14. There needs to be a property reference on ABA's for commission payments so we know what property we are receiving commission for.

  15. Add the ability to create a template that can be sent as a reoccurring email. For example, if you need to send the tenant a reminder once a month.

  16. Have a way to set routine inspections by PROPERTY not TENANT - it just links the current tenancy automatically. This way we can set up auto-reschedule for every 26 weeks and not have to edit the routine dates when a new tenant is locked in.

  17. The automated invoice arrears correspondence only allows to merge fill the outstanding amount of that specific invoice. Can we please have the option to insert the total outstanding amount in these correspondences?

  18. In Property Tree, every data entry is automatically saved.
    But in MRI Inspect everything must be individually saved, before switching to the next tab or page etc.

    Can you please adjust MRI Inspect to be consistent with the automated saving behaviour of Property Tree?

  19. It would be great if we could attach the bond receipt to the bond section of the tenancy card. Currently we have to manually complete the reference number and then save the receipt in documents. Much easier in the one place.

  20. It’s currently not possible to sync a report from MRI Inspect to PT on the same day.

    However, it’s common practice to conduct an inspection and complete the report on the same day.

    Please enhance the feature providing users the ability to complete their jobs as efficiently as possible.
