  1. If a tenant vacates from one property and moves into a new property also with property tree, They can not access the new tenancy until the previous one is archived which sometimes can take time when finalising. They should be able to view both properties.

  2. Feature Request: Automated Owner Invoice Overdue Notifications

    Property Tree already offers strong automation for arrears, inspections and maintenance, but there’s a gap when it comes to ownership invoices.

    I’d like to propose an automated workflow that triggers when an ownership invoice becomes overdue, with the ability to send a branded email reminder to the rental provider. This would be particularly useful for items like landlord insurance renewals, smoke alarm subscriptions, compliance services and other owner-funded invoices that require timely payment to avoid lapses in coverage.

  4. Feedback:
    Currently, when a client uploads documents via email and sends them through our communications platform, we need to download each file individually. Each document opens in a new web page, and then we have to click “download” again to save it to the computer.
    As part of our annual tenancy reassessments, clients are required to submit multiple documents, which makes this process quite time-consuming and inefficient.

    Suggestion:
    It would be helpful to explore options for bulk downloading or a more streamlined process that reduces the number of steps required. This would save time and improve the overall experience for…

  5. In Jurien Bay we have 19 Holiday properties, simply I think it would be more efficient and less time consuming to type the name they have given their properties then the whole address.
    As what is advertised on the website sometimes gives a different address or causes confusion for the guests, I think for both the office and holiday goers it would speed up process and make our workflow a lot easier.

  7. Have an option to list properties in alphabetical order, or numerical order on owner statement rather than just the order of property ID, so easier to read, you could do this in REST, there was an option in property - REPORTING ORDER.

  10. It would be good to see all invoices issued and/or cancelled as well as receipts on the tenancy history so we don't have search for invoices or link the invoice to the payment receipt for easy access.

  11. Can we have the option to create multiple credits against a tenant? Only 1 credit can be created for future invoices at the moment which is tricky when it might apply to several different types of charges - ie Rent, Rates ,Insurance. The ability to recoup this from future ownership funds to refund to the tenant rather than have to process the refund as a creditor payment would also be better.

  12. Merge field for rent reviews – can we have the “Next Rent Review date” field that would pull from Lease, Rent & Outgoings as an option for a merge field? At present we can only use the “Rent Effective date” which is not always accurate if we have backdated CPI for example.

  18. We need more information in the Property Details section:
    - a section to enter the location of the car space(s)
    - a field for number of storage cages and their location
    - tick boxes for whether property has embedded electricity, gas, hot water, internet etc.
    - a section for material facts
