  1. Workflows - ability to have a workflow that does not need to be attached to a property/owner, etc. New managements for example, being able to have the workflow from when you receive a new management agreement - so from the set up of the owner/property, etc. Obviously we don't have the owner/property in the system. The workflow template currently starts at saving the management agreement under the owner, and those final bits.   3. It would be great if a workflow could be started automatically based on a task. ie. we entered a vacate date, the Vacate Workflow starts, or we received an email about a lease break, the Workflow for Lease Break could trigger. Would be great to customise these to suit our business needs.

  5. Hi few things,

    1. For the statistics report, the top section is always current data and if you want a certain time frame only the bottom section is for then.

    It would be great if the whole report was for the period you select.

    1. User statistic reports, it would be great to have a report for users to track their actions/kpis - email sent, sms sent, work order created/completed, quote request, how many times maintenance notes are updated to track maintenance follow ups, task creation and completion (more importantly completion), and other general ones which the main stat report covers.

  6. Hi,

    Few things I would like to suggest

    1. When creating workflow templates, you select which profile it is for tenancy, property or owner. It would be great when you duplicate the template that you can choose a different profile if needed and or when you reopen/edit an existing one, you can change it for the desired profile.

    2. Be able to link emails sent to the workflow/tasks

    3. General tasks for the agent - for that to be a tile on the dashboard so when you are on it, the general tasks are staring you in the face and you do not…

  7. Similar to a change of ownership, it would be great if there was a change of tenancy option. This would be used when there are multiple tenants on a lease/in a property and one/some of them were to move out and others moved in. The change of tenancy option would allow for a record to be kept of the original tenants, the change over and all the details associated whilst also not having to delete any names or create entire new profiles and manage rent dates etc.

  8. Have an option when paying out unknown funds to include an EFT Reference that is displayed on the bank statement of the person receiving the money. This is especially important when paying out unclaimed money to revenue as payments to them must include a reference number which they provide.

  13. Make Part Payment Reports Accessible to PMs not just Administrators

    Currently the only way for a Property Manager to access reports on tenancies with part payments, is to go through an administrator profile on Business Insights. We recently became aware of leases that were signed as monthly being inadvertently entered as weekly on PT due to data scraping from IRE. Having access to part payment reports should be as easy as accessing arrears reports as they demonstrate an error either on the system or the tenant's payment amount.

  14. Am finding the 'credit for rent' button greyed out on some receipts. This then means I have to back out then enter a credit for Centrepay fees before returning to receipting the rent..may as well not bother and just put all the credits in separately first

  15. cancelled or reversed receipts - would be great to be able to reconcile straight away and not wait a day for it to appear. This makes it difficult when you have few people receipting and reconciling on different days.

  16. Starting to get extremely frustrated with the 'automated scheduling' of inspections, why does it not allow you to block out periods and they keep getting scheduled on public holidays, this defeats the purpose of 'automated scheduling' as you need to monitor the inspection dates all year, so it's actually creating more work for PM's just like so many other features on Property Tree.

  17. Can we request an option under Rent Arrears Automations to have the option to turn off notifications on weekends - ie send only on weekdays.
    Our office does not conduct banking on weekends.

  19. When opening and reading a email, you have the hyperlink for the name and address above the body of the email that you can click on.

    When you click on these hyperlinks it takes you to that page which is great but it is in the same window.

    It would be great to either be able to have that hyperlink automatically open a new window with the details or be able to right click and 'open new tab'.

    This way you can review the email and work on the details in another screen.

  20. Income & Expenditure Report should show total amount on each expense (inclusive of GST), as the monthly statement, with the GST amount as information. Residential property is not allowed to claim GST separately, it is a waste of time for the landlord to add the GST on each items when they preparing for the tax return.
