  1. When converting a prospect to a tenant you enter all the lease information however the bond field doesn't come up at that stage. Once the tenant is created you have to go to bond section and enter it then. Many times it is overlooked, so would be best to do it at the conversion stage.

  2. move chat button from the bottom left side to the right side as it is very disturbing where it is currently and can not access the configuration icon

  3. Currently, when you're adding a phone number to a contact (tenant or owner) you can assign it a label of (Fax, Mobile, Home, Work). Some of our contacts have multiple numbers that need to be distinguished with more than that.

    It would be nice to have this as a custom field - for example "Emergency" or "After-hours".

  5. Under the property compliance tab, allow an option to create a task straight from that so you aren't in effect duplicating data by then creating a task.

  7. Currently if a Rental property is in your system, you have to manually input all the same data to make a new Sales listing. It seems like a waste of time when software could automatically load data like property address and current owner and contact information. It seems so simple to copy data from an existing entity like that and use it to create a new entity.

  10. When adding a new creditor in PT it takes too long in Invoice automate to be able to pay the invoice as they do not appear till a while later can this be worked on please?

  12. When a property manager / registerd PT user, requests a Income & Expenditure statement, it would be helpful if the email with the link to download the statement, goes to the person that requested it.

  13. When paying selected creditors (and not all) apparently it will pay ALL outstanding creditors irrespective of due dates. Which means entered instalments for Council rates will not work. This needs fixing as we are a large agency and need to pay statutory rates and taxes weekly - not all creditors - just statutory rates and taxes.

  14. When selecting a Task Category within the Task Notifications column, then client ‘View All’, the Category selection on the Task Management screen reverts back to ‘All’.

    It would be great if the behaviour is consistent/the same as when selecting ‘View’ on a Dashboard, which is taking you to the selected report while keeping the filters as selected on the Dashboard.

  15. When accessing a report page from within a Dashboard, it should automatically show the search result (report/grid) based on the filter selection made on the Dashboard.
    However, to get the actual search result (report/grid) on the report page, a user has to click ‘Search’ first.
    This is an unnecessary step, as the filter selection has already been made, and by clicking ‘View’ on the Dashboard, the user is confirming what search result they want.

  17. Have the option to create an inspection notice for the ownership with all the same triggers as the tenant - tentative, proposed and confirmed. At the moment its just confirmed and this is very restrictive.

  18. Can we please have the 'date created' listed on each task showing on the task tab in the individual profiles, not just on the task management report. We need this feature to easily identify how long a task has been hanging around without having to resort to bringing up the full report each time. This feature was previously available in the notes tab.

  20. Would be great to have an easy view for PM's to view emails sent to creditors. If this was saved against the property profile as well (not just creditor comms), this would make it easier for PM's to find all comms & be across what is going on in their portfolio
