  1. Under the contacts it would be helpful to have a "middle" name section as there is currently a first, last and preferred name section. As we saved tenant and owners middle names they are currently being saved under the first name but to be more streamlined and tidy/easier to navigate it wuld be helpful to have a middle name section.

  2. We would like the ability to edit the downloadable PDF work order link that is sent to the trades. Currently we can only edit the email communication sent to the trade and not the work order. We would like to include invoice instructions that come up on the PDF not just the original email as trades tend to print the work order and never look at the original email again.

  3. Further integration between Eagle and PT to allow listings to push from Eagle to PT, save time, push and advance information, seamless functionality, less confusion. This would allow users of both to have better control and usabilty and would be a game changer.

  4. Include a tick box for invoices entered to be visible to owner automatically without having to go in an manually tick this particularly as owners often want to view these at end of financial year.

  6. Suggesting an automated email and/or sms function that goes out to any owner that doesn't reply to a maintenance request after we hit "request approval".

    eg. automated after 3 days for non-urgent maintennace if no response received (Hi Mr/Mrs x, we are following up on the repair request we sent through that you may have missed, please reply with your instructions etc etc)

  7. When a new tenant is entered it automatically generates the first inspection date but doesnt automaticaly assign the inspecting agent to this inspection. We would like it to be automatically assigned when this date is populated as it often gets missed unless we do the report for the unassigned inspections.

  8. It would be fantastic if the tags under the Property, Tenancy and Landlord Profile could be hyperlinked so take you to all properties/tenancies/landlords listed with that tag

  10. When a tenancy is vacating and you select 'lease break', a label shows up at the top of the tenancy profile, which is good; however, once the move out date has been reached, the label changes to 'vacated'. Is there anyway 'lease break' can remain there as well?

  11. For the properties that do have compliance already, is it possible to create a compliance template fields that gets created and sent out automatically at the end of the compliance expiry to the landlords?

  12. It would be great to have the option to send the Tenancy a Remittance when a Tenancy Payment is made to their account. This would list the reason/s why the payment is made, based on the description entered. For example, is it a refund of bond held in trust, a vacate credit etc.

  13. Firstly, a new owner shouldn't not receive any payments until the settlement date has been reached. Any funds should be automatically held until the actual settlement date has surpassed. We have had an instance, where an owner received rental payments well before the property had actually settled, the settlement date subsequently changed and made it very hard to change the change of ownership date, not to mention that the owner didn't legally own the property at the time of getting the funds. Secondly, there should be a function allowing you to edit the change of ownership date.

  14. To have a notes option in the columns of rent reviews. We can make a note advising if we have actioned or to see the recommendation at a glance. We can also easily distinguish the ones we have actioned.
    This is already a feature on the inspection summary page.

  17. Add a section that will show up in search bars / creditor invoice bars for custom acronyms or codes for creditors instead of only having the full name search. Like a 'nickname'.

    Examples:
    'PCA' for Property Compliance Australia
    'LCC' for Logan City Council
    'SATS' for Smoke Alarm Testing Services

  18. Create a profile for buildings / complexes with ability to allocate properties under the 1 building. You should be able to save notes and files against the building.

  20. When creating a new profile, in particular an ownership or vendor (as well as adding a new contact!), the system should lookup possible duplicate owners, vendors, or contacts. There have been multiple times where a duplicate owner is created and because it was achieved or overlooked. In contacts you can search for existing contacts but similar to how you type an address in it should try to match with the existing database.
