  1. When entering a vacate date in the system, pre-populate the vacate information into merge emails to the owner and landlord.

    Vacate email should contain information such as confirmation of vacate date, rent owing, preferred cleaners/gardeners etc.

    Other platforms have this functionality, and it should prompt the user in a pop-up when entering the vacate date on if they would like to send the vacate information email to the tenants and owners.

  4. We need to be able to see the due dates of tenant invoices when receipting rent. For example, when we receipt money to a tenancy and we have more then one tenant fee, we cant see a due date so we dont know which one to pay first. There is no invoice number either so we cant check in the tenant profile before receipting.

  6. PT → Eagle sync operates on an all-or-nothing basis for eligible rentals
    No filtering or opt-in controls available.

    It would be nice if we could select which listings we want to send via the integration would work in conjunction with the two-way sync UV

  7. Why is archiving properties/tenants/landlords such a nauseating process.

    You can keep the checklist as an option, however there should be a quicker archive option.

  8. MMS - Being able to have an image on an SMS blasts. I want to be able to send an SMS to clients with an image in the SMS, at the moment you can only put a link in.

  9. Please add a search box to the "Documents" section under Ownership, Property, and Tenancy profiles.
    It would really help in quickly locating specific files. The filter icon is not useful.

  10. Charge rent monthly based strictly on the number of days in each individual month e.g. January = 31 days, February = 28 days, etc...

    To be able to calculate a mid-cycle increase directly rather than a workaround.

  11. Routine inspection integration with apple calendar and Microsoft calendar. (So when you setup a routine inspection date and time it automatically goes into your calendar). This is a must have. PT own Eagle software and Eagle software already does this so it would be easy for PT to do this.

  12. When viewing the arrears it would be beneficial to see not only the termination and vacating information but to see if a payment plan has been entered into or is pending a hearing with VCAT. By adding the categories in the vacate tab anyone can see at what stage the arrears are at and why.

  13. Be able to individually select commercial tenants who you do NOT want an AUTO COMMUNICATION - rent arrears letter to go to. Commercial tenants often have tailored payment plans, or waiting for something to trigger a full payment or "credits" that have not yet been created (examples only). It would be great if you could tick a box like we do for "Receive Invoices" or "Receive receipts" in the set up section.

  15. I believe Property Tree should introduce a feature that automatically sends rent arrears emails to renters once rent is overdue beyond a nominated number of days (X), and continues sending reminders until the payment is received. We have been advised that reminders currently require manual configuration by entering specific days for each email to be sent, which is quite impractical and inefficient.

  17. We have creditors that invoice which can be for two work orders. Need to be able to close off multiple work orders when entering invoice.

  18. Notices on the tenancy profile to suspend arrears communications for rent and invoices.
    It would be nice to have a Description: section to add comments as to why this has been activated. (much like the termination one below it, we have to enter a reason)

    It allows any user to understand why it has been turned off or suspended for a period of time.
