New Zealand Bonds: API for lodging bonds with MBIE
It would be great if there was an integration with tenancy services (MBIE) for when the new online bond lodgements become available at the end of November 2024 so we can bulk load bond lodgements

New Zealand Bond Lodge system has changed and all Property Managers now have to be registerd with the Tenancy Services Business-Business API. Property Tree is not registered for this which is creating a tremendous work load for your New Zealand users as we now have to lodge bonds one by one using a credit card as payment which is also creating a lot of extra admin and accounting making Property Tree not that user friendly for NZ customers. We love PT and hope that you will treat this intergration as a priority so that we are able to continue using PT as our Property Management software provider.
