Please allow Multiple Templates in Auto Comms Inspection Report: Ownership as we deal with 3 types of inspections (exits, entries and routines). 1 template does not cover all and there is no option to add others. We have to close of exits and sent them manually as the 1 template doesn't cut it. Same with entry condition reports. Thank you

Hide task categories so they can no longer be used, but still show for existing notes/tasks
I would like the option to 'hide' task/note categories so they can no longer be used/seen in the category drop down box, but still shows for existing notes/tasks.

bank details to be entered by separate authorised user when creating new creditors
one user have access to create new creditors, however, not the bank details section. This is to be added by another authorised user. Or one user able to create the creditor inc bank details, however, needs to be authorised and approved by another authorised user.

Routine inspection fees separate from ingoing inspection fees
Currently if you have a routine inspection fee in place but don't charge for ingoing or outgoing inspections you manually have to delete the fee it would be nice if you could match the fee to the individual inspection rather than it be applied to all routine, ingoings and outgoings.

Sales: Show condition dates on screen
When checking due dates for Building/Pest Inspection, Finance approval etc, you have to go into the edit pencil beside BUYER: Deposit paid, Settlement date. We should be able to see important condition dates on the same page.

mail merge templates need to be more user friendly
Mail merge templates for emails need to be more user friendly. Currently if you want to add an image you need to copy from an image on the internet - you should be able to copy an image off your computer. You also cannot add things like editable tables to the mail merge. To be able to provide comprehensive data to landlords adding a table would be ideal. The mail merge templates should function more like a normal word document merge.

Text messages sent from User
Currently if you send text messages from Property Tree to tenants or owners only the property manager receives the reply.
It would be great if it could be implemented for the User to get the reply (or at least have it as an option).

To be able to search using a contact's preferred name
Currently you can search a contact's first or last name, but preferred name does not work.

Forward Any Email Received
It would be great to be able to forward any email received in the communications tab not just the latest email as part of an email thread. This would enable you to forward previous correspondence that has attachments. Currently, any attachments previously received do not get forwarded as part of the email thread unless they are attached to the most recent email received.

Batch Payment Payee Description eg agency / bond/ owner/ creditors
Batch payments have a reference number and no payee description. Is it possible to have the payee group listed, rather than having to drill down on the transaction to identify if it is a creditor, agency, bond or owner payment. If it could list the batch payment payee that would be helpful and time saving.

add rent credit column under transactions in tenant
In the tenant recent transactions add a column showing any rent credits so it is visible when they occurred without having to bring up a ledger

GST status of owner available on Creditor Invoice screen
It would be really helpful and benefit efficiency by being able to view the owner/landlord GST status on the Create Creditor Invoice screen when selecting tenancy invoice.

Property reference on ABA for commission payments
There needs to be a property reference on ABA's for commission payments so we know what property we are receiving commission for.
