Send log for maintenance
Please create a log with dates, times and recipients for maintenance jobs.
At the moment the only info that is provided is the date the job was created. Nothing to show if/when it was sent and if you resend the job as a reminder and confirmation it was received. We also do not get notified if the email fails to send to the intended recipient.

Ability for RRP to update Account details with 2FA
RRP able to update the account their rent is paid into via the owner app with 2FA, to avoid having to call the office.
We are seeing more and more RRP's looking for more secure options to share bank accounts details.9 votes -
Reply button for emails within communications tab in tenant/owner profile
To reply to emails within the communications tab without having to go into the communications page and searching for previous emails. Currently can only print emails from the tenant/owner profile and not reply to any emails.

Can PT not to include any outstanding payment on a commercial invoice?
It is very confusing to seeing other invoices on a new invoice. Most of the commercial tenants complaint about the messy look on the invoice as it looks like statement more than invoice. Their bookkeeper and accountant also get confused with this layout.

Pop Up alerts when entering Tenant Vacating Details
We would love to see a pop up come up when entering Tenant vacate information for specific information that needs to be done for that property - e.g. we have one property and if it's going to be empty for more that a week the gas pilot needs to be turned off by the body corp maintenance guy otherwise the owner gets hit with a large bill when it's vacant. The pinned notes are not obvious enough unless you consciously click on them to see what they are.

Ability to upload multiple photos / documents to the scheduled compliance entry
currently have to upload one at a time, can be time consuming when multiple photos or documents are required. It can be done when linking an invoice so would think this feature is an easy one to add

Customised reports and export to Excel
Ability to create your own customised reports using data already recorded and export the data into Excel. This is extremely helpful when providing Landlords tenancy schedules or others personalised information.

Additional Mail Merge Options On Sales Letters
We would love the following mail merge fields to be added to expedite & remove human error when producing Sales Advices & letters to solicitors.
"Amount held in trust" - especially as some buyers over pay the expected agreed upon deposits
"Listing Salesperson" & "Selling Salesperson"
"Conveyancer Work Number", "Conveyancer Email Address" & "Conveyancer Salutation"

Bond Top Up Due Date
New bond work flow updates are great, however to enable us to meet the requirements of the Act in providing the required notice for the Bond Top up in Automated Communication a Bond Top Due Date and the ability to set automation on the rent increase date not just prior would be required.

tenants on rent schedule & Rent Increases
When tenants pay rent via a rent schedule a report is necessary to keep track of the rent increases for each month.
Rent schedule tenants need to be coming up on direct debit batch so we can be prompted to change amounts when due1 vote -

Two deposits received on the same property
We have this morning received two (2) separate holding deposits from buyers for the same property. As far as I can tell, two active buyers cannot be added to the same property, and I have needed to rescind one of the buyers after creating a receipt for them in order to add new buyers and create the second receipt. Hopefully I will be able to reinstate the first buyers if they do eventually become the buyers to enter into a contract!...

GST status of owner available on Creditor Invoice screen
It would be really helpful and benefit efficiency by being able to view the owner/landlord GST status on the Create Creditor Invoice screen when selecting tenancy invoice.

filter auto arrears notices by $'s
Is it possible to filter auto arrears notices by $'s ie: if a tenant say short pays by $0.30, after 7 & 14 days they will receive an auto arrears notice to pay. We would like an option to filter notices over a certain amount?

Widget for unlodged bonds
Is it possible to have a widget on the agency panel for un lodged bonds? For example when a bond is receipted, it will appear with the address of the property and how many days it was receipted. Once the bond is lodged with the bond admin, the property disappears. This would be very useful to licensees.

Compliance Register - Non-Compliant Properties & Compliance Dates
Issue 1 - (Compliance – Current) - This does not accurately reflect if a property is compliant or not.
Non-Compliant properties that have current compliance dates (This marks Compliance as Current in PT), however the actual reports are Non-Compliant due to Electrical/Gas/Smoke Alarm issues to be rectified.
• For the property to show as Non-Compliant in PT – I must add in the Notes section: NON-COMPLIANT to help identify the Non-Compliant properties.
• Could a Non-Compliant Tick Box be added to the Compliance Register and the Property Section to assist with clearly identifying the Non-Compliant Properties or Category even when…

Automatically SAVE in MRI Inspect (like in PT)
In Property Tree, every data entry is automatically saved.
But in MRI Inspect everything must be individually saved, before switching to the next tab or page etc.Can you please adjust MRI Inspect to be consistent with the automated saving behaviour of Property Tree?

Work Order Auto Reminder to Trade
Trades to receive automatic reminders following up outstanding work orders in the system. It would be great if this was setup and sent to the trade first thing in the morning on a weekly basis until work has been completed and job has been closed off.

Ability to create own commercial rent review types
Please look at putting in the ability to create your own wording for a type of increase. We have a several tenancies which just don't quite fit into the standard "fixed, CPI, market" category.

Sync report from MRI Inspect to PT on the same day
It’s currently not possible to sync a report from MRI Inspect to PT on the same day.
However, it’s common practice to conduct an inspection and complete the report on the same day.
Please enhance the feature providing users the ability to complete their jobs as efficiently as possible.
