filter auto arrears notices by $'s
Is it possible to filter auto arrears notices by $'s ie: if a tenant say short pays by $0.30, after 7 & 14 days they will receive an auto arrears notice to pay. We would like an option to filter notices over a certain amount?

Commercial Tenancy Ledgers to show credits
It would be highly beneficial for commercial tenancy ledgers to show a notation whenever credits are added to a tenancy via replacement invoice. At present, the only notation available is the replacement invoice and the reason does not show in the same way that it does on a residential ledger. Whilst the reason is visible within Property Tree on the receipting screen, this is not helpful when providing a ledger to a tenancy or reviewing a ledger in general.

Bond reporting to have set date reporting filters, ie for month, if we forget to print report on the 1st of the month then all the transactions up to the date you print are reported and not relative to the month reconciling

Ability to apply held tenancy funds during receipt
When receipting to a tenancy, it would be helpful to be able to see what held funds the tenancy has available and also have the option to apply some or all of these held funds to their rent and/or invoices during the receipt process. This would save having to go back to the tenant later and doing a separate step to allocate tenancy funds.

lease renewal fees on increased amount
Currently when the automatic lease renewal fee is used the amount is calculated on whatever the rent is at the lease start date. This causes a problem when their is a rent increase but it doesn't commence until after the lease start date. This will be more of a problem with the legislation in QLD restricting rent increases to every 12 months. It needs to calculate off the upcoming rent increase.

Unlocking All Merge Fields
It would be great to see, Property Tree make all data fields availaible in Property Tree as merge fields in auto communications and e-mail/letter merge fields. Example being having the ability to show "Paid From" "Paid To" "Inhand Credit" "Effective Paid To" in the body of the auto receipt e-mail.
Reasoning behind this is the tenants in QLD are shown an Effective date on their receipt that includes the In hand credit however this is not explained on the receipt and tenants get confused by this.

Map planner for routine inspections
Adding routine inspections of a particular date to the map journey planner in property tree to plan your inspections. Or be able to see all your routine inspections in a list and be able to select them and have the map journey planner check the best route to see if I would like to book those inspections for those properties.

Purchaser bank account
Can you please add a field that you can enter the buyer's bank account details in advance like you can with the vendor's bank account details (on Financials Tab). Currently you can only enter them at the time of disbursing funds, so if you make a mistake etc, and need to start again, you need to re-enter the details.

All Close Period Reports ticked by Default
Have all report boxes ticked by default on the Close Period screen.
This should apply to all New and also all Existing Property Tree accounts, regardless of what selection was made in the previous accounting month.
This will not only save time having to manually tick each box for new Users or if someone deselected any by mistake, however, it’s also better for all agencies to have all reports generated and not needing them, instead of the other way around.7 votes -
‘Recurring Invoice Summary’ on Accounting page
Can we please have the link to the ‘Recurring Invoice Summary’ report on the Accounting page > under Invoicing, instead of having it on the Trust & Reports page > under Transactions.
This would be consistent with where all other Invoice related reports are. For example: Create + Find Creditor Invoice, Create & Find Tenancy Invoice
However, to Create + Find Recurring Invoices (Creditor / Tenancy), we currently have to navigate to two different landing pages.

Add merge field without template
Could the option to select a merge field while typing an ad-hoc email be added, without the need to select a template? We lease a few homes to one single company and it would be very beneficial to have the Property Address merge field so we can add it to the subject line or in the body of text. Thank you.
