Find Invoice from Tenancy Profile and Owner Profile
It is currently not possible to see any PAID Tenancy Invoices from the Tenancy Profile > Financials tab.
Any chance you can add a ‘View Invoices’ button to the Tenancy Profile > Financials tab > Outstanding Invoices section, which then takes you to the ‘Find Tenancy Invoice’ screen, with the filter for the individual Tenant already selected?
It would work exactly like the already existing feature for ‘View Fees’, but in this case it’s for Tenancy Invoices.It might also be good to have that feature available for the Creditor Invoices on the Owner Profile.

BPAY Details
Ability to give Vendors and Purchasers a BPAY ID as it appears Vendors ID numbers can be changed. This avoids having to give out trust account details and helps protect parties from emails being hacked and account details being altered.

Allow Property Tree to record monthly reported sales from tenants to understand occupancy costs, determine if percentage rent is payable and create meaningful tenancy schedules.

automatically feed if owner is registered for GST when invoicing tenant
Have a feed or synch when entering a creditor invoice as you are invoicing the tenant it feeds if they pay gst and GST needs to be added on top of rate instalment (that does not include gst but we need to charge if LL is registered) we are having to manually check each time very time consuming

On the main screen for tenants there should be a way to see any outstanding invoices, arrears do show but it should show all unpaid invoices sent to the tenant

Shouldn't be able to type more characters than the Character Limit
There are varies description fields with a character limit, but it lets you type in more than what the limit is.
And only once you 'save' you'll get an error about the character limit (e.g. 50 characters, 255 characters)It would be best if a user is NOT able to enter more characters than the description box allows it to.
The description box for the Vacate Comments and the Description/Reference fields on Starting Positions and also the description field on some Receipting are some areas that come to mind where this is happening.

Maintenance follow up features
- I found it's hard to maintain the repairs movements without option to send email/message following up with our trades.
- Also the photos uploader only allows photos to be uploaded one by one and no video allowed If these two features can be added, this will be very helpful.

filter auto arrears notices by $'s
Is it possible to filter auto arrears notices by $'s ie: if a tenant say short pays by $0.30, after 7 & 14 days they will receive an auto arrears notice to pay. We would like an option to filter notices over a certain amount?

Commercial Tenancy Ledgers to show credits
It would be highly beneficial for commercial tenancy ledgers to show a notation whenever credits are added to a tenancy via replacement invoice. At present, the only notation available is the replacement invoice and the reason does not show in the same way that it does on a residential ledger. Whilst the reason is visible within Property Tree on the receipting screen, this is not helpful when providing a ledger to a tenancy or reviewing a ledger in general.

Map planner for routine inspections
Adding routine inspections of a particular date to the map journey planner in property tree to plan your inspections. Or be able to see all your routine inspections in a list and be able to select them and have the map journey planner check the best route to see if I would like to book those inspections for those properties.
