  1. Currently if you send text messages from Property Tree to tenants or owners only the property manager receives the reply.

    It would be great if it could be implemented for the User to get the reply (or at least have it as an option).

  3. Further integration between Eagle and PT to allow listings to push from Eagle to PT, save time, push and advance information, seamless functionality, less confusion. This would allow users of both to have better control and usabilty and would be a game changer.

  4. Recommend having a Termination Reason column under 'Vacating Tenants' or 'Vacated Tenants' to review information in one location. This will assist in knowing if the property is being relet / handed over etc

  5. When reconciling multiple bonds, bond top-ups & pet bonds, it would be helpful if the property tree authority transaction also included the property address, which is entered by the property manager when processing payment to the bond authority.

  8. The fixed position of help line drop box often covers the issue that i`m having.
    just being able to move the drop box around the screen will enable me to see and activate any corrections that are suggested.

  9. We need to send notices from strata every day to multiple properties under the one units plan.
    It would make it a lot easier to send a bulk email under the units plan/creditor rather than going into each individual property to send it.

  10. when looking at say Tenancy leases search you have the ability to say click on 'rent' and the little arrow changes to up or down. However the order it puts it in makes no sense. It would be great if I could see lowest rent to highest rent or vice versa.

  13. It would be great to have the option to send the Tenancy a Remittance when a Tenancy Payment is made to their account. This would list the reason/s why the payment is made, based on the description entered. For example, is it a refund of bond held in trust, a vacate credit etc.

  16. We are increasingly finding landlords budgets are tights. A few have asked if we could withhold funds on a monthly basis that carry over and accumulate. For instance if a clients has an expense they want to save for or quarterly bills they can withhold a set amount, say $100 for instance every month that would be held aside & accumulate for future use.
    At present we can only put a hold on 1 set amount.

  17. It is very confusing to seeing other invoices on a new invoice. Most of the commercial tenants complaint about the messy look on the invoice as it looks like statement more than invoice. Their bookkeeper and accountant also get confused with this layout.

  18. When creating a new profile, in particular an ownership or vendor (as well as adding a new contact!), the system should lookup possible duplicate owners, vendors, or contacts. There have been multiple times where a duplicate owner is created and because it was achieved or overlooked. In contacts you can search for existing contacts but similar to how you type an address in it should try to match with the existing database.

  19. We would love to see merge fields for the compliance dates so that they can be easily inserted into lease agreements and disclosure statements - in particular, the last serviced date

  20. I'd love to be able to search maintenance jobs for key words like 'screen door' or 'pest control' so that I can see which trades we have sent for what jobs, and compare them.
    We often have owners say 'how much will that cost?' so it would be great to be able to search through jobs we've had done and see a list of all the jobs with those key words either in the title or the body of the work order.
