  1. Currently, when you're adding a phone number to a contact (tenant or owner) you can assign it a label of (Fax, Mobile, Home, Work). Some of our contacts have multiple numbers that need to be distinguished with more than that.

    It would be nice to have this as a custom field - for example "Emergency" or "After-hours".

  2. Request for new feature: When assigning a new Key number, can there be a feature to re-generate a new Key number?

    Reason for suggestion: Sometimes old key numbers aren't ready to have a new key assigned, and if you close the pop-up box, and try again, it will generate the same number. If this happens, we have to manually search for an unused key number on the key board.

    Benefits: Saves time and stress! Shows how amazing and intelligent the Property Tree Developers are at responding to requests and helping their users!

  4. Bricks & Agents (Maintenance Plus) is a third party product that integrates into PT/MRI. We as PT/MRI Clients should be able to deactivate regardless of whether jobs are open or not in the maintenance tab section.

    By PT/MRI not allowing this option it allows the third party application to hold us ransom to their product which we are no longer wishing to use.

    Either -:

    1. PT imports the job information in full form third party and allows deactivation without jobs requiring closure

    2. PT allows deactivation without jobs requiring closure so that we can start using the property tree maintenance product…

  7. Would be helpful to have an out of office option for messages that are received out of hours. Especially when a tenant is requesting maintenance. We could then include emergency contact details to the email etc

  10. Default font on Property Tree is too light and hard to read when all office lights are on. Office lights are usually white bright and within one hour it becomes a nighmare trying to read grey font. HELP please

  11. It would be helpful if 3 months before a tenant's insurance policy is due to expire and email and sms could go out automatically to the tenant for the reminder.

  12. When adding a new creditor in PT it takes too long in Invoice automate to be able to pay the invoice as they do not appear till a while later can this be worked on please?

  14. When paying selected creditors (and not all) apparently it will pay ALL outstanding creditors irrespective of due dates. Which means entered instalments for Council rates will not work. This needs fixing as we are a large agency and need to pay statutory rates and taxes weekly - not all creditors - just statutory rates and taxes.

  15. We need additional merge fields for Commercial Arrears Auto Messages. Currently they only show the arrears of the last invoice, we need a total arrears merge field to be able to add to the body of the email text. It's confusing when the body of the text only shows the May rent invoice is overdue but the invoice that is attached via the link shows that April/May are both overdue.

  17. Allow the agency to set the frequency of the next rent review date to allow this to populate automatically based on a new tenancy end date. For example, we set ours to 120 days prior to the tenancy end date. Our team has to manually enter this when setting up a new tenancy, this should be able to be configured based on the agency's preference like inspections.

  18. On the Pay Ownership screen:
    It would be great to have the ability to sort the column of ‘PAY AMOUNT’ in order, so all the owner's with missing payment details (displayed as ‘No Payment Info’) are grouped together for easy identification.
    Currently, they are not always listed/sorted in order.
    It's not very user friendly having to export the grid as a CSV, set filters to sort and identify any missing payment info.

  19. When accessing a report page from within a Dashboard, it should automatically show the search result (report/grid) based on the filter selection made on the Dashboard.
    However, to get the actual search result (report/grid) on the report page, a user has to click ‘Search’ first.
    This is an unnecessary step, as the filter selection has already been made, and by clicking ‘View’ on the Dashboard, the user is confirming what search result they want.
