  1. We need to be able to charge management fees on commercial tenant invoices, example pro rata rent increase invoices - like we could in REST - currently very manual & time consuming

  3. Can we please have the 'date created' listed on each task showing on the task tab in the individual profiles, not just on the task management report. We need this feature to easily identify how long a task has been hanging around without having to resort to bringing up the full report each time. This feature was previously available in the notes tab.

  4. In QLD there is a different billercode to allow bond to be paid to the Residential Tenancies Authority, if the tenant does not have an email address or if the tenants do not have unique email addresses (share the same email address). We cannot lodge these bonds via the RTA portal, therefore have to request a reference number from the RTA. The billercode used for these payments is different to the billercode used for online bond lodgements

  6. It would be great to have another inspection type 'follow-up inspection' we can use for return inspections. The reason being, it would then be able to be scheduled without taking the next scheduled routine out of the system which unfortunately can result in an error putting it back in after the follow-up is complete. The follow up should be it's own separate type and schedule. That way it can be scheduled after a routine without affecting the next routine.

  7. It would be helpful if we could have the option for more than one bank account to be configured for direct debit payments. E.g. if a couple each want to pay half the rent from there own accounts via direct debit.

  9. i would like to enquire on how we can add an extra tab in the Ownership profile, purely for proof of ownership, managing authorities, photo id, landlord instructions. As we constantly need to track through 5 - 10 pages in the documents tab just to look for these?
    in all - im requesting an additional tab next to communication or documents .. (under ownership tab) as these 4 we need the most when relisting a property.

  10. I hope you can allow users to generate/download trust & reports in bulk as it is so hard especially when downloading Creditor Payment Batch List one by one as there are so many, because it is required in our office to save the reports locally as PDFs.

  11. Please add merge field "Tenancy Rent period" & "Rent Increase date" for Lease Expiry Tenancy & Ownership. This merge field is required when we send an automated lease renewal and rent increase email to tenants and ownership.

  12. When you have money moving in and out of the Held for Tenancy area the tenant ledger balance totals are incorrect. i.e recently I had a tenant vacate and we had to refund them an amount of money for overpaid rent (routed through tenancy held funds) and now the running balance on the ledger is incorrect. Can this please be fixed?

  13. Need a way to restrict a user from being able to see/access the “All Inboxes” option in Communications. I know how to make this visible or non visible for a user but not if we can stop someone from being able to access altogether.

  15. When selecting a creditor on a work order, the faint blue is so hard to see - i click on and off it a few times to make sure i have a creditor attached.

  16. We charge $110 for the income and expenditure report, however the email the owners recieve looks basic, can we make this look better, considering this is a major one off fee we change to the owner to recieve this email and report.

  17. I'd love to see a section in the financials of all Invoice history for that tenancy or ownership instead of having to go through the ledger or scroll through the financials tap hunting for an invoice.

  18. When a property manager / registerd PT user, requests a Income & Expenditure statement, it would be helpful if the email with the link to download the statement, goes to the person that requested it.

  19. The option also to split a creditor invoice example – rates might be under one “property” but needs to be charged across three other tenancies and property addresses (this is abit more technical but does happen) and then mean manually need to invoice each tenant but a flag or pop up at the time would be great

  20. Add PM email as an option to be cc'd into a mail merge email.

    As an admin person, I send all rent reviews and any other letters on behalf of PM's.

    It would be good to have the PM email address as an option to add in cc. when an email is sent so that I don't have to manually do it each time.
