Email, Message or SMS failure alert/pop up
Notify users when any emails, messages or SMS fail rather than having to go and check a list. Perhaps an alert at the top of the page which then produces a list of what needs to be checked. The impact of missing this information is huge, particularly with compliance.
Update: Additional fields have been added to the ‘Status’ drop-down under Communications History to give you more details on email delivery status, this is available to you now. We are continuing to investigate other areas to better notify you of any sending failures.

Would really love an alert of some kind when communications are not successfully delivered. Mail merge is great but having to check after sending every communication send out contradicts the streamlining of this process.

I'd love an email alert for any failed communications - luckily I stumbled across a failed Form 19 before it was an issue but if I had missed this we would be in a bit of a pickle...

We had no idea communications to contractors were failing. Having to manually check the communications tab for every correspondence to tenants/owners/contractors is very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of communicating via PT.

HAVING TO CHECK COMMUNICATION HISTORY ONCE A LETTER HAS BEEN SENT TO MAKE SURE IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED - AS NO ALERT IF IT HAS FAILED

It would be great to get notified of a failed email, rather than having to physically go into the communication chain for each property .

We don't know when an email is not delivered unless we go searching for it. This alert could link to the communication history report filtered by unsent
