  1. It would be good that when resending emails that it has all emails as an option not just one property manager.

  2. When tenants complete an electronic signing request for an Ingoing Report, including adding comments; the tenants amendments are unable to be Printed or Saved as PDF to have a separate record other than generating a complete Ingoing Report which is accepting the comments. A tenants comments are not always excepted so there needs to be an option to maintain a record of those comments outside of an Ingoing Report. If the comments are not accepted and the signing request is cancelled due to this there is no longer any record of those comments within MRI Inspect.

  3. An issue with entering Marketing & Sundries fees is there is no capability of entering further information pertaining to the individual charge .... ie, date expense incurred. This would be useful if you for example have multiple newpaper adverts over a period of so many months. The Sellers want to know exactly when these charges occured, not when the charge was disbursed in Property Tree.

  4. Have the end of month reports created in Property Tree only emailed to the admin email address (much like the weekly agency summary). The report is confidential and we only want admin staff to access it.

  5. Hi, I would like to suggest having an SMS function when creating a tenant invoice. Something to suggest to check emails for the new invoice created. So they don't get lost in inboxes.

We think a HIGH PRIORITY tab would be good where we could store notes that need to be easily accessible i.e. New Appliance installations with warranty dates, Insurance Claims in progress; Emergency Details; things that you don't want to have to go looking for through pages of Notes but need quick access to.

  8. We would like the ability to have the ''pinned'' items open by choice so that they appear at the top of the screen, perfect when we have to remember something like ''partner died, don't call him they broke up"

  9. When creating a mail merge from the profile, it would help to have a field showing the tenancy 'Type' . We often have other contacts listed that are not tenants and they do not require to receive correspondence from us. When creating a mail merge at the moment we can not tell who is the tenant of the property. When creating a bulk mail merge there is a filter for the type, this would be beneficial to have when merging from a profile.

  10. I would like the ability to be able to change the time that the automatic Tenant invoicing gets sent out to my tenants. They are receiving notifications at 3 am and feel this is extremely inconsiderate.

  11. If the tenants put the invoice number on their rent payment (instead of tenancy ID), then PT receipts the money to the correct tenant automatically.

  12. In Sales, we need to be able to enter a Sale date and a Proposed Settlement date, and finally the Settlement date once this happens.

  15. We would love to be able to schedule an ingoing condition inspection without a tenancy profile. We often have staff completing inspections before we have leased a property, particularly with our current turnover rates here in Vic. It would be advantageous to have a manual add from the property profile.

  17. We have tenancies where it may be a leasehold, owners friend, family etc and a bond may not be payable but it will come up on the "no bond held" report.

    It would be good if you could enter in "No Bond Required" in reference or as a drop down option so it had it's own report for filtering.

  20. It is annoying that when you edit a tenancy invoice for whatever reason that the system cancels the original and creates a new invoice. You should just be able to edit it and I don't understand why you can't.
