  1. If there is a click button in sign In/Out Manager for the admin person to send out an reminder to all staff who have not signed in or signed out that would be great and for this an option to put their on site days and times while creating their profile is required.

  2. Once an evacuation is triggered with OnEvac, all API integration to OnEvac, so access control points can be configured, allowing employees and contractors to tap at the evacuation access point, and this automatically, through the API, sets them to "safe" in OnEvac.

  3. The ability for those with Contractor Manager "Manager" User Role to be able to run Insurance reports - currently only a Contractor Manager "Administrator" role is able to run insurance reports

    This feature would benefit our Contractor Managers greatly, as they would be able to run insurance reports for their respective sites without giving them access to a lot of Contractor Settings.

  4. Customers are requesting more control over the induction experience. Two enhancements are proposed:

    1. Making the “Getting Started” tutorial video optional (Induction Kiosk only).

    2. Allowing the completion message to be editable for all induction courses, regardless of whether they are completed on the Kiosk or online.

    Current Behaviour
    A. Induction Kiosk Only
    Before an induction begins, users must go through three mandatory steps:

    a.1. Check your Profile
    b.2. Check your Organization
    c.3. Getting Started Video – “Learn how it works”
    c.4. The video step cannot be disabled.

    B. All Induction Completion Flows (Kiosk + Online)

  5. When a SOS alert is activated and lets say we have 3 set responders it would be good to see that someone has responded so the other 2 don't keep trying to reach out and that a responder is then allocated that Alert and can deactivate it.
    At the moment you have no record or who responded to the alert at all.
    Would also be good to see communication within an app between SOS alert activator and responders - similar to what is available within the OnEvac App

    We will bring this to the development team to investigate how we can improve our SOS feature. We treat an SOS as an emergency where it is preferable to double-handle, but empowering SOS responders to mark the incident as resolved, and improving reporting on SOS events are great suggestions.

  6. Onpass customization
    We would love it if the order of the Onpass invitation could be changed so that the QR code appears at the top. That way, users can quickly log in from their phones. We hope you will consider this possibility.

    Thank you Henrik for you submission. This is a great idea and would certainly streamline sign-in for OnPass Users. We will add this to our roadmap as its a simple design change however we will also leave it open for votes to ascertain priority as we do have a full roadmap until end of Q1, 2025.

  7. When you currently edit members in a specific organization and go back to the organization, it jumps back to members. It would be nice for the system to stay in the organization you selected to save time instead of having to go back to the organization tab, scroll back to the organization, go back to the members, then find the next member.

  8. Deliveries currently only get notified to employees via email or text message. Can the option for this to also be sent through the app as a push notification be added. (Same as when you have a visitor.)

  9. Our reception team use OnLocation to monitor who is on site or working remotely. It would be useful to have the ability for employees to add a note via the app which shows on the dashboard. For example 'Working from home', 'At a conference in Wellington', Annual Leave until 12 January' etc - which is visible as an optional column in the Sign In/Out Manager section.

  10. Ability to be able to print and assign a QR code or barcode, then assign it to a key or swipe card permanently as an asset. Then scan the barcode/QR code on the key tag and assign it to a visitor/contractor. This will cut down on signing in/out keys by hand in a book.

  11. We have keys and passes that we sign out and in to contractors. We need an audit trail against a sign in to show assets going out and coming back. Would be great if you could have a tab that links to assets and lets a user assign out and check back in an asset or assets.

  12. When creating a new contractor employee, entering a name show “Possible existing service provider names” matching the entered text. When hoover over one of the possible names, show more info (at least, the organization he/she belongs to).

  13. Notification of certifications expirations can be sent by email to service providers employees. But usually we don’t have an email address on record for all service provider employees, so, we want to suggest the option to send the expiration notice by SMS.

  15. The Induction Kiosk poster with a QR code to complete the induction is great. However, at the moment new contractors who have a pending status cannot log in using the poster. It would be great if contractors with a pending status could sign in using the induction poster, complete the induction and then have the status update to active.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    We will open this up for votes as it would be a significant change to the logic around how Contractors statuses work.

    In the mean-time - if you use the 'Deny Access When - expires' setting for your induction courses then Contractors who arrive on site will not be able to sign in until then have completed the induction. That way you can set the status of any contractors who are ready to come on site to 'active' as soon as their profiles are complete and your are ready for them to begin work.

  16. API insurance update required - Policy Type and Polcies Registered

    Hi Team

    As we have more customers doing more integrations, we require more access to data through the API

    OnLocation API does not support reading the Contractor Insurance settings, which is a significant issue.

    Can we please ask for the inclusion of the following through the API
    Insurance Policy Types, including audience and Insurance Policies Registered

  17. Our business, and many others, operate 24 hours a day with Contractors who are signed in at various hours.

    It would be great if the automated sign out function could exclude individual contractor names (or all names under that Contractor business) from being signed out at the defined time.

    For example, cleaners often work at night, which is when the automated sign out process runs. If we turn off the automation to accommodate this, if a contractor forgets to sign out, they will be forever in the system and this could become problematic over time - especially if there is…

  19. We currently spend a lot of time manually processing contractor induction requests - contractor members will email us to request an induction, we clarify and then enter their info, and send them the relevant induction.

    A time-saving measure would be to add a form to our company website where contractor members can add and submit their own information, this links to and adds their info to On Location, and their induction is automatically sent.

    I realise that there are some intricacies to this around data management e.g. any new contractor organisation not already in On Location will still require manual…

  20. Our business operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, on 12 hour shifts. Our night shift crosses over the midnight mark, from one day into the next day. The current automation and occupancy settings do not fit the operating parameters of our business operations.
    Could we please have an automatic sign out setting, that was based upon the number of hours, not a specific time of day.
