Automation & Occupancy Settings - Automatic Time Out
We're a 4-site, 3-shift operation, Monday - Friday, in addition to having a 3-day, 12 hour weekend shift that operates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We really need to have a way to input employees into shifts per location, because obviously, signing everyone out at 5:00 pm doesn't work because On Evac is never going to be able to provide an accurate count as to who's on-site and who's not.

Triggers for Asset Management
Be able to set a trigger for asset management. For example, if a contractor forgets to turn in a checked out keycard at the end of the day, a trigger can be made to email a designated person so that the contractor can be contacted to turn it in.

Adding the induction link to the ‘Matcher Person’ Placeholder on a Trigger
During the Contractor sign-in process, we use triggers to deny access due to the Induction not being completed, expired, or failed.
Could we please have the same trigger also send the correct induction link to the contractor via email or text?

Ability to enter a note when off-site or away
Our reception team use OnLocation to monitor who is on site or working remotely. It would be useful to have the ability for employees to add a note via the app which shows on the dashboard. For example 'Working from home', 'At a conference in Wellington', Annual Leave until 12 January' etc - which is visible as an optional column in the Sign In/Out Manager section.

Our business operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, on 12 hour shifts. Our night shift crosses over the midnight mark, from one day into the next day. The current automation and occupancy settings do not fit the operating parameters of our business operations.
Could we please have an automatic sign out setting, that was based upon the number of hours, not a specific time of day.5 votes -
Contractor employee maintenance
When creating a new contractor employee, entering a name show “Possible existing service provider names” matching the entered text. When hoover over one of the possible names, show more info (at least, the organization he/she belongs to).

Induction Reports
It would be beneficial to be able to create and print reports, for particular sites or inductions, especially for ones that have not passed inductions.

Delivery notifications as push notifications through app
Deliveries currently only get notified to employees via email or text message. Can the option for this to also be sent through the app as a push notification be added. (Same as when you have a visitor.)

Induction - Version Control/Tracking
The ability to view previous versions of an induction would be great. The module already collects employee information on what version was completed - but no option to view archived/previous versions of the induction. This would be important when checking records after an incident. Major and minor versions would help decided if the changes need to be communicated to all employees.

The message that goes out when an evacuation is triggered and asks the person if they are SAFE, could we include additional options like "Not Safe" and "Need Assistance"

Also, Timed hazards will be very useful in farming. When spraying is done, hazards will exist for 24-48 hours and they expire

Require more than just a Full name when signing in to a center
When a contractor signs in to a center the system only asks for a full name and we have multiple contractors with the same name, job title, and organization details. And with just the full name of the contractors anyone can sign in to a center which is a huge vulnerability in security and we had an issue of that kind. It would be really helpful if you could implement or introduce an additional security field like pin/MFA/auth.

Certification expirations alert
Notification of certifications expirations can be sent by email to service providers employees. But usually we don’t have an email address on record for all service provider employees, so, we want to suggest the option to send the expiration notice by SMS.

Contractor to host visitors
This is something usual: A contractor is working inside the building, then a supplier of the contractor came to the building with goods who need to be delivered somewhere INSIDE the building. I want to allow this supplier of the contractor to be registered as a visit, and per my policy, i need someone to be accountable for this visit, but in this case is not an employee but a contractor the one i want to record as the responsible for this visit.....

Option to turn off Global Roamers to receive Panic Alarm message
Currently, Global Roamers receive a message when a Panic Alarm is triggered at a location they are set as Global Romer for. The customer would like the option to turn off Global Roamers receiving notification when a Panic Alarm is triggered.

Custom Questionnaire Acknowledgement being sent to Host before Visitor Comes OnSite
When Pre-Registering a Visitor and sending a Questionnaire with Custom Questions that require a Signature. A Host should be able to receive the signed document and acknowledgement by email before the Visitor Signs in. This would be an integral asset for Businesses that require forms to be signed befoer coming on site. The workflow would be as followed:
- A Host invites a visitor (Pre-Registers them) and they receive our NDA and a Health & Safety Questionnaire in advance by email.
- The visitor signs the NDA and completes the Questionnaire in advance, and we receive this data back before they arrive…

Kiosk Layout Settings
To have the ability to change the font size and the layout placement (left, centre, right alignment) for the sign in/out kiosk front page, for the organisation and instruction/information fields.
