Induction - Version Control/Tracking
The ability to view previous versions of an induction would be great. The module already collects employee information on what version was completed - but no option to view archived/previous versions of the induction. This would be important when checking records after an incident. Major and minor versions would help decided if the changes need to be communicated to all employees.

View Contractor profile direct from member profile
When in a contractor profile, you can view the members with one click, and then click on a desired member to view their profile. It would be great if you could do this moving the opposite way as well. So that when you are in a member's profile, you click to see the organisation and then click on that to view the profile, instead of having to go back to the organisations list and searching for it.

Option to add employees onsite days and times and send Reminder to staff who forgot to sign in or sign out
If there is a click button in sign In/Out Manager for the admin person to send out an reminder to all staff who have not signed in or signed out that would be great and for this an option to put their on site days and times while creating their profile is required.

SOS more functionality for responders
When a SOS alert is activated and lets say we have 3 set responders it would be good to see that someone has responded so the other 2 don't keep trying to reach out and that a responder is then allocated that Alert and can deactivate it.
At the moment you have no record or who responded to the alert at all.
Would also be good to see communication within an app between SOS alert activator and responders - similar to what is available within the OnEvac App6 votesThanks for your feedback.
We will bring this to the development team to investigate how we can improve our SOS feature. We treat an SOS as an emergency where it is preferable to double-handle, but empowering SOS responders to mark the incident as resolved, and improving reporting on SOS events are great suggestions.

Ability to enter a note when off-site or away
Our reception team use OnLocation to monitor who is on site or working remotely. It would be useful to have the ability for employees to add a note via the app which shows on the dashboard. For example 'Working from home', 'At a conference in Wellington', Annual Leave until 12 January' etc - which is visible as an optional column in the Sign In/Out Manager section.

Print a QR code or barcode and assign it to an asset (keys) then assign to visitor
Ability to be able to print and assign a QR code or barcode, then assign it to a key or swipe card permanently as an asset. Then scan the barcode/QR code on the key tag and assign it to a visitor/contractor. This will cut down on signing in/out keys by hand in a book.

Allow sign out manager to sign out assets to contractors
We have keys and passes that we sign out and in to contractors. We need an audit trail against a sign in to show assets going out and coming back. Would be great if you could have a tab that links to assets and lets a user assign out and check back in an asset or assets.

Contractor employee maintenance
When creating a new contractor employee, entering a name show “Possible existing service provider names” matching the entered text. When hoover over one of the possible names, show more info (at least, the organization he/she belongs to).

Certification expirations alert
Notification of certifications expirations can be sent by email to service providers employees. But usually we don’t have an email address on record for all service provider employees, so, we want to suggest the option to send the expiration notice by SMS.

API - Add Policy Type and Policy Registered endpoints

As we have more customers doing more integrations, we require more access to data through the API
OnLocation API does not support reading the Contractor Insurance settings, which is a significant issue.
Can we please ask for the inclusion of the following through the API

Automation & Occupancy Settings - Add Exclusion Rules for Contractors
Our business, and many others, operate 24 hours a day with Contractors who are signed in at various hours.
It would be great if the automated sign out function could exclude individual contractor names (or all names under that Contractor business) from being signed out at the defined time.
For example, cleaners often work at night, which is when the automated sign out process runs. If we turn off the automation to accommodate this, if a contractor forgets to sign out, they will be forever in the system and this could become problematic over time - especially if there is…

Delivery notifications as push notifications through app
Deliveries currently only get notified to employees via email or text message. Can the option for this to also be sent through the app as a push notification be added. (Same as when you have a visitor.)

Automated contractor inductions from company website
We currently spend a lot of time manually processing contractor induction requests - contractor members will email us to request an induction, we clarify and then enter their info, and send them the relevant induction.
A time-saving measure would be to add a form to our company website where contractor members can add and submit their own information, this links to and adds their info to On Location, and their induction is automatically sent.
I realise that there are some intricacies to this around data management e.g. any new contractor organisation not already in On Location will still require manual…

Automation & Occupancy Settings - Automatic Time Out
Our business operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, on 12 hour shifts. Our night shift crosses over the midnight mark, from one day into the next day. The current automation and occupancy settings do not fit the operating parameters of our business operations.

We would love it if the order of the Onpass invitation could be changed so that the QR code appears at the top. That way, users can quickly log in from their phones. Allow selection of all locations in a group when running a people presence report
We have multiple groups in our business and each of the groups have multiple locations. Currently you are not able to select all (or multiple) locations in a group when running a people presence report. If this function could be added it would be easier than running multiple reports.

Option to turn off Global Roamers to receive Panic Alarm message
Currently, Global Roamers receive a message when a Panic Alarm is triggered at a location they are set as Global Romer for. The customer would like the option to turn off Global Roamers receiving notification when a Panic Alarm is triggered.

Custom Questionnaire Acknowledgement being sent to Host before Visitor Comes OnSite
When Pre-Registering a Visitor and sending a Questionnaire with Custom Questions that require a Signature. A Host should be able to receive the signed document and acknowledgement by email before the Visitor Signs in. This would be an integral asset for Businesses that require forms to be signed befoer coming on site. The workflow would be as followed:
- A Host invites a visitor (Pre-Registers them) and they receive our NDA and a Health & Safety Questionnaire in advance by email.
- The visitor signs the NDA and completes the Questionnaire in advance, and we receive this data back before they arrive…
