  1. Add prebuilt integration for Gallagher Access Control systems with ability to push inductions and certifications data. This would allow us to automatically disable access when inductions or certifications expire.

  2. When using the OnEvac app, I have found that the People Verified Safe graph is calculating all people in the selected zone, even when the Event is selected for Employees On Site Only.

    As we have shift workers, we will always select Employees On Site Only, so this calculation will always calculate incorrectly. Surely this calculation should not be including people who are not currently on site? That's not logical.

  5. I’ve had some feedback regarding the “Previous” and “Next” buttons.

    Because the “answer options” button(s) are kind of greyed out and the “next” button is highlighted, apparently visitors are missing to select the answer prompt.

    Is there by chance a possibility to have more formatting options for the questionnaires? (ie. colours/position of pictures/answer prompts).

  6. The Deliveries module is great - but for it to work for our business, we really need to be able to capture further information. The option to add custom fields (Driver name, time off site etc) would make it a fantastic tool.

  7. Need to be able to manually mark off when someone is safe during an evacuation, to compensate for occasions when someone may not have their phone, may not be able to reply to the SMS request to verify they are safe e.g. no credit on phone.
    Note: In industrial environments it's common for staff to not be permitted to have their phones with them at their workstations.

  9. Insurance Report - view column sort order: When try to setup an Insurance report layout to save as a view

    • The view order want to have Organization in the 1st column, then Org status, then Type, as per the screenshot of the excel layout
    • However, when tick Type, it always moves it to Column 1 ?
    • How can I get it to be defined in column 3

    Feedback from support is, this cannot be done as this is hard coded in the software.

  10. Can Employees that Host Contractors and/or Visitors, but are off site and not signed-in, be automatically made unavailable to host contractors or visitors.

    Employees should only be available to host contractors/visitors if they are on-site to host them.

  12. Make employee questions by Department so that different selections (such as host, zone, working along) can be made by department.

    For example, employees from Department A are required to select Host, work Zone/Area, and whether they are working alone; whereas employees from Department B are only required to select Zone/Area and whether they are working alone.

  13. I have noticed the new evacuation report available from the Sign In/Out Manager page.

    If this could be configurable for sorting and filtering.

    OnEvac uses zones to group the employees, if the report could sort and page break with the same groups. that would be great!

The higher use of the SMS feature is for sending inductions links to contractors, most of the peoples uses social networks instead of email, as the most of them would not review their email, our customers uses SMS to share the inductions links; WhatsApp would be an excellent option to receive inductions links.

    Thanks for your suggestion. We are planning on rolling out reporting features in OnLocation Mobile over the coming year. We will review this and leave it open for votes form the community.

  17. Description:
    Request to have a drop-down selection for employees and contractors. Users would start typing their name and see matching options appear. For contractors, the company they work for could be displayed; for employees, job title or home location could help differentiate between similar names.

    Current behavior is limited due to name visibility restrictions and privacy settings, similar to how visitor or contractor lists work when selecting a host.

    Suggested enhancements include:

    Reference: Navigate via the kiosk to View the list after entering 1–3 characters.

    In Advanced Settings, leverage employee/contractor list privacy controls to allow filtered dropdowns.

  18. There have been occasions contractors have logged into OnLocation and their badge has not been printed. Reprint would be such a great option rather than logging out and back in
    This option would also assist with contractors logging in on the GR Code away from the printer, or replacing damaged badges

  20. When providing access to the Contractor Portal to third party users, it would be helpful to be able to enable a 2FA for additional security such as sms or email verification code alongside the password.
