  1. Visitors/contractors get the visitor pass on their phone. Would one option be having the QR code on the tablet which they scan, fill in data on their phone then that pass stays on their phone.

  2. Ability to push visitor or contractor (member) photo image into the profile of the visitor or member through the API. Currently, we can do this with employees, we need the same functionality to add the photo through API for visitors and members.

  3. I’ve had some feedback regarding the “Previous” and “Next” buttons.

    Because the “answer options” button(s) are kind of greyed out and the “next” button is highlighted, apparently visitors are missing to select the answer prompt.

    Is there by chance a possibility to have more formatting options for the questionnaires? (ie. colours/position of pictures/answer prompts).

  4. Send notifications to hosts via Microsoft Teams.

  5. The Deliveries module is great - but for it to work for our business, we really need to be able to capture further information. The option to add custom fields (Driver name, time off site etc) would make it a fantastic tool.

  6. Please allow us to chose which data fields are pulled into reports through a "custom favourites" feature.

    E.g. being able to unselect fields like "Organization" or "Course Learners" and replace them with other data fields like "Employer'.

    These filter selections should have the ability to be saved as "favourites" and nameable for users to construct their own customised reporting suited for business need.

  7. When a visitor, contractor or employee signs in and a message is sent to an employee host the host can deny access stopping the person being signed in. This is a situation where an employee or contractor may have been fired yesterday, they are not yet on the watchlist and the host can still action "deny access" if the person signs in as a visitor, contractor, or employee and the host is selected and a message is sent to the host.

  8. Pre-built contractor questionnaires to choose from and customize. It would be really helpful to see some of the ways to structure the sign-in process for contractors. This could also be a good idea for the community portal where other users can share how they are integrating their contractors, what questions they are asking, and how they are storing and managing required documents. It would be interesting to see the best way to ask for pre-job and post-job documents and any permits requested to go paperless.

  9. When reporting you can select more than 1 type of person ie. report on visitors and contractor and/or employees at the one time. Preferably a tick box or select all

  10. Insurance Report - view column sort order: When try to setup an Insurance report layout to save as a view

    • The view order want to have Organization in the 1st column, then Org status, then Type, as per the screenshot of the excel layout
    • However, when tick Type, it always moves it to Column 1 ?
    • How can I get it to be defined in column 3

    Feedback from support is, this cannot be done as this is hard coded in the software.

    Request is to remove the hard coded column settings and allow flexibility of column…

  11. Can Employees that Host Contractors and/or Visitors, but are off site and not signed-in, be automatically made unavailable to host contractors or visitors.

    Employees should only be available to host contractors/visitors if they are on-site to host them.

  12. I have noticed the new evacuation report available from the Sign In/Out Manager page.

    If this could be configurable for sorting and filtering.

    OnEvac uses zones to group the employees, if the report could sort and page break with the same groups. that would be great!

  15. Add at least one badge template with portrait orientation. All the templates available now are horizontal. A vertical one to print using standard thermal paper and put inside a transparent pouch+lanyard instead of printing on a label.

  17. We already have an integration fro Alcolizer, I have asked multiple times over the past 6 years to allow randomisation to apply. Currently we can only breath test every person, customers are asking for and some of our competitors already have the ability to randomize who needs to complete a breath test. The ability for the customer to set some rules like every contractor must do 3 breath tests a year or 45% of contractors and 20% of employees must complete a breath test in a 12 month period.

  18. I want Team Leaders to be able to check if an employee has completed an appointment offsite in the time expected. e.g. other employee tracking apps allow the employee to load expected time at appointment offsite, if they don't check in by x time their team leader gets a prompt to check in. The team leader will need to be different for employees in different teams. It needs to work offsite- e.g. bob goes to see client offsite at 4pm, expected to finish at 5pm, he goes straight home after. Team leader gets a prompt to check in at 5.15…

  19. If a staff member uses the SOS on their mobile their message should go to their team leader but at the moment I can only choose generic people to respond regardless of who presses SOS. I would like to be able to choose who gets it- as well as require at least 1 or 2 people who always get it.

  20. I want to send instant messages as a text message if needed to all employees. If something is an emergency staff will see it more readily if it comes through as a text message rather than an app notification. I want to choose if it goes as an SMS to all (e.g. an emergency notice) or app notification (non urgent message)
