  1. It would be great to be able to archive inductions, that are no longer active, instead of all inductions always showing. We need to be able to keep old inductions, as evidence, so archiving would be fantastic. Thanks

  2. In certain industries such as Aged Care / Education many visitors are not customer related and dont need to enter an organisation ie. Parent / Family member visiting a Resident. It would be great to be able to build a kiosk specific to these type of visitors and turn off ogranisation they are from OR customise the wording as we also still need the feature to remember them for next time.
    Could be as simple enter your organisation or mobile number?

It would be so helpful to add additional email addresses to "Send to this non-employee" for 'Notify the following people within our organization when insurance policies are due to expire' e.g. we have the email address of the direct contact at the Contractor company, however we would like to add the Contractors office/admin account to this field also, e.g employee.name@theirbusiness.com and office@theirbusiness.com to both be within this field.

    Same thing for the field on the same page, underneath within 'Nominate an internal email address where people must send the updates Insurance Policy Details to'. As our location in Sydney is…

    Thanks for your suggestion,

    Adding more flexibility around external notifications is on our radar. We will investigate further and in the mean-time open this up for votes form the community.

  4. Would be beneficial for registering visitors and scanning their license in an all in one app. As of now you have to register the visitor on either the web browser/app, then open the OnScan app to scan the ID. Having it built into the OnScan app to register and scan ID will increase efficiency, especially when registering truck drivers with a tablet.

  5. Create a new trigger rule that can detect if a contractor organization has no contract on file.

    Current triggers only work if an organization has a contract - we need to deny access if there is no contract or if all contracts are expired/not valid/not active/etc.

    It might also make sense to add contract "types", so that be used by a trigger as well. For example, if no "Contract Type A" exists or is expired, deny entry and send an email.

  7. Have an expiry period on a certification itself, much like inductions. E.g. First Aid cert entered in the Cert manager is given an validity period of 1yr. So any first aid certs uploaded for people automatically alert based on ValidFrom date entered. I know there's the ValidTo date on each uploaded cert, but this is pretty error prone and it would be a good reference for people to know that the cert is only valid in our eyes for 1year before they need to renew.

    Could you please let us know what kind of Kiosks devices you are using for sign-in e.g., touch screen PC, iPad etc.

    In the meantime we will be opening this for wider community Voting.

  10. When setting up a new kiosk, the types of kiosks that are available are PCs with mouse, touch screen PC, iPad and QR Code. Need to be able to set up kiosks on Samsung tablets also.
    All functions need to be fully supported on both Apple and Android.

    Thank you Karina, we do not support Android OS however we do support Windows devices and iPad. We recently released QR Code posters whereby the person signing in uses their own browser on their own mobile device. At this stage we have no plans to add Android support but we will leave this open for votes to garner additional community feedback.

  12. Panic Alarm trigger
    Many customers have asked for a trigger on evacuation, and Panic Alarm where a trigger will fire on Evacuation created or Panic Alarm triggered allowing an email or webhook to be sent to access control solutions and other 3rd party solutions

  13. MRI is set up by location, a company can have many locations. So when trying to gather data on eLearning Inductions it seems crazy that I cannot filter these by location. Please could this be added in the future.

  15. When using the OnEvac app, I have found that the People Verified Safe graph is calculating all people in the selected zone, even when the Event is selected for Employees On Site Only.

    As we have shift workers, we will always select Employees On Site Only, so this calculation will always calculate incorrectly. Surely this calculation should not be including people who are not currently on site? That's not logical.

  18. I’ve had some feedback regarding the “Previous” and “Next” buttons.

    Because the “answer options” button(s) are kind of greyed out and the “next” button is highlighted, apparently visitors are missing to select the answer prompt.

    Is there by chance a possibility to have more formatting options for the questionnaires? (ie. colours/position of pictures/answer prompts).

  19. The Deliveries module is great - but for it to work for our business, we really need to be able to capture further information. The option to add custom fields (Driver name, time off site etc) would make it a fantastic tool.

  20. Need to be able to manually mark off when someone is safe during an evacuation, to compensate for occasions when someone may not have their phone, may not be able to reply to the SMS request to verify they are safe e.g. no credit on phone.
    Note: In industrial environments it's common for staff to not be permitted to have their phones with them at their workstations.
