WolEvac
Amend the Evacuation text to mention the created zone because some staff members consistently move around the site such as the yard team and maintenance team, meaning they could be in any zone. Therefore, when I create an event, I always include these individuals. It would be beneficial for them to know the specific zone we are evacuating. If they are not in that zone at that moment, they do not need to evacuate.

Visitors/contractors get the visitor pass on their phone. Would one option be having the QR code on the tablet which they scan, fill in data on their phone then that pass stays on their phone.

Ability to push visitor or contractor (member) photo image into the profile of the visitor or member through the API. Currently, we can do this with employees, we need the same functionality to add the photo through API for visitors and members.

Increase Multi Language depth in OnLocation to go deeper into the solution so all aspects are multi language not just a few sections.
Increase Multi Language depth in OnLocation to go deeper into the solution so all aspects are multi language not just a few sections.
Spanish would be a great start for many new locations coming on board in South america.

Custom Report Filters
Please allow us to chose which data fields are pulled into reports through a "custom favourites" feature.
E.g. being able to unselect fields like "Organization" or "Course Learners" and replace them with other data fields like "Employer'.
These filter selections should have the ability to be saved as "favourites" and nameable for users to construct their own customised reporting suited for business need.

Host gets to deny access to the person signing in
When a visitor, contractor or employee signs in and a message is sent to an employee host the host can deny access stopping the person being signed in. This is a situation where an employee or contractor may have been fired yesterday, they are not yet on the watchlist and the host can still action "deny access" if the person signs in as a visitor, contractor, or employee and the host is selected and a message is sent to the host.

Pre-built Contractor Questionnaires
Pre-built contractor questionnaires to choose from and customize. It would be really helpful to see some of the ways to structure the sign-in process for contractors. This could also be a good idea for the community portal where other users can share how they are integrating their contractors, what questions they are asking, and how they are storing and managing required documents. It would be interesting to see the best way to ask for pre-job and post-job documents and any permits requested to go paperless.

Add a counter to each badge print and display it near the “Print pass” button on signout. This will help recognize individuals who abuse reprints

Vertical badge template
Add at least one badge template with portrait orientation. All the templates available now are horizontal. A vertical one to print using standard thermal paper and put inside a transparent pouch+lanyard instead of printing on a label.

Ability to have a personal email address for employees
We have employees who dont have a work email address and want them to be able to complete elearning induction. Being able to select an alternate email would be really useful in much the same way as members.

Provide an answer to the question, "Has the mail been delivered today?"
Could be as simple as adding USPS as a visitor? or a daily updated "yes" or "no" in the "On-Site Insights" section? This would save many pointless trips to the mailroom, and lobby staff would probably appreciate not being questioned constantly.

Drop Down for Names
Description:
Request to have a drop-down selection for employees and contractors. Users would start typing their name and see matching options appear. For contractors, the company they work for could be displayed; for employees, job title or home location could help differentiate between similar names.Current behavior is limited due to name visibility restrictions and privacy settings, similar to how visitor or contractor lists work when selecting a host.
Suggested enhancements include:
Reference: Navigate via the kiosk to View the list after entering 1–3 characters.
In Advanced Settings, leverage employee/contractor list privacy controls to allow filtered dropdowns.
Optionally, show a…

Access OnEvac Reports Directly on Mobile Devices
Summary / Issue:
Currently, OnEvac reports can only be viewed via desktop for users with the Reports Manager role. During an evacuation, managers may not have access to a PC or desktop, making it difficult to quickly verify the safety status of employees, visitors, and contractors on-site. The existing mobile workaround (logging into OnLocation in desktop mode on a phone) is not practical or user-friendly in an emergency.Actual Result:
Reports are only fully accessible on desktop. Mobile access is limited, and viewing detailed information requires a cumbersome desktop-mode login on a phone. Performance may be slow, and only the…1 vote -
Limit visitor host selection to employees onsite at the selected location
Description:
Large organisations often have employees with the same first name or full name, as well as many global roaming employees. Currently, visitors can select hosts who are not physically working at the site they are visiting, which can lead to incorrect host selection and access issues.Although adding job titles or other profile details can help differentiate employees, there are rare scenarios where two employees may share the same name and job title at the same location. In these cases, visitors may still accidentally select the wrong host.
Problem:
Visitors may accidentally select a random employee with a similar…1 vote -
Retroactively Sign In a Visitor
On several occasions, we have visitors/contractors who came onsite but didn't sign-in or forgot to do so, for whatever reason and was let in by staff.
It wasn't good. It will be great if the onLocation system allow us to retroactively sign these people in after they have already here or have left site, if we know their details. This will allow us to at least have records of their present for future reference. Thanks.1 vote -
Triggers Settings
In Triggers, we use this to send text messages to people who are still signed in. At one site, we have multiple zones, one of which is a Hostel that people stay at over night. It would be good to have more configuration options for the Triggers so that we can configure it to only send text messages to those outside of this zone.

Create Contractors badge reprinting option
There have been occasions contractors have logged into OnLocation and their badge has not been printed. Reprint would be such a great option rather than logging out and back in
This option would also assist with contractors logging in on the GR Code away from the printer, or replacing damaged badges1 vote -
