Triggers for Asset Management
Be able to set a trigger for asset management. For example, if a contractor forgets to turn in a checked out keycard at the end of the day, a trigger can be made to email a designated person so that the contractor can be contacted to turn it in.

This is something I have been wanting also. Running reports, or queries, is one thing, but to have a trigger when an asset is not returned by the due date and time would be fantastic.
