  2. I would like to see the ability to set up automated frequency exports from the system direct to a user email address.

    I.e. export a list of active contractors on a monthly basis in csv, export list of contractors who got denied entry each week etc.

    This function would be useful for active monitoring or data updates where api integration is unavailable.

  4. Be able to set a trigger for asset management. For example, if a contractor forgets to turn in a checked out keycard at the end of the day, a trigger can be made to email a designated person so that the contractor can be contacted to turn it in.

    In Europe all companies will be met by a new legislation that will impose the duty to digitally register the total amount of work time for ANY emplyee, month by month.

    This will open a brand new market to us. Not just in DK, but all over Europe actually. I have JUST met with a new potential customer that REALLY want to do business with us, but one tine thing is missing in ONL, to make it comply with this legislation.

    In the law it is stated that ANY employee MUST be able to access the registred data somehow.…

    Hello Martin, thank you for the submission.


    This is a great idea. We do have this in our roadmap however its scheduling is still a work in progress In essence our plan is to support a user being able to see a summary of their own 'time on site' for the last day, week, month, year. We plan on making these insights available via the mobile app (OnLocation Mobile) and via their dashboard if they login via desktop browser.


    Note; OnLocation Mobile is a free mobile app for your employees and we support iOS and Android). I will leave your idea open even though its in the roadmap as other users may wish to contribute to your idea.

  6. Would be good to be able to archive workers that have left the Organisation. We still require information, but do not want inductions sent or for them to be able to log on. Contractors would be the same.

  7. Sending a trigger action via Push Notification rather than sms

    This will stop high sms usage & fees.

  8. When you currently edit members in a specific organization and go back to the organization, it jumps back to members. It would be nice for the system to stay in the organization you selected to save time instead of having to go back to the organization tab, scroll back to the organization, go back to the members, then find the next member.

  9. For added security, MFA(text/email/app) should be added for those that has Admin Role or Owner of the system even without enabling Single sign-on with SAML.

Add a basic reporting feature on OnLocation Mobile with a report with similar behaviour than "People Presence" found on the web app. Report can be more simple than the one on the web app by just asking a few options like source (Employee/Contractor/Visitor), just a date range, no filters, and avoiding the infographic (only the "report" format).

  11. Our reception team use OnLocation to monitor who is on site or working remotely. It would be useful to have the ability for employees to add a note via the app which shows on the dashboard. For example 'Working from home', 'At a conference in Wellington', Annual Leave until 12 January' etc - which is visible as an optional column in the Sign In/Out Manager section.

  12. My site has 63 Locations that must be billed for their SMS usage.
    The Notification Exported report does not include the Location column, so can not be used to filter the usage by Location.
    Just to note, the Notification by Location selection on screen does not work at all so I don't have that option.

  13. When an employee signs it at a Kiosk, it does not search active directory employee listing after 3 characters as it does when selecting Host. Please add this functionality.

  14. Add at least one badge template with portrait orientation. All the templates available now are horizontal. A vertical one to print using standard thermal paper and put inside a transparent pouch+lanyard instead of printing on a label.

  16. It would be great to be able to add Contractor profile custom fields to our badge designs. We have different classifications for contractors which dictate their different access levels on site and it would be ideal if this could be captured easily on their badge.
