  1. One possible reason why the app is glitching out and removing yourself from being checked in is that the mapping setting is not coordinated with the actual location of the desks. This could cause the app to think that you are not in the assigned desk and check you out automatically. To fix this, I suggest that the app developers update the mapping setting to match the real layout of the office and ensure that the app can accurately detect the user’s location using GPS or Bluetooth.

  2. The Deliveries module is great - but for it to work for our business, we really need to be able to capture further information. The option to add custom fields (Driver name, time off site etc) would make it a fantastic tool.

  3. It would be great to be able to add Contractor profile custom fields to our badge designs. We have different classifications for contractors which dictate their different access levels on site and it would be ideal if this could be captured easily on their badge.

  4. The standardized question at the beginning of a kiosk questionnaire after are you a Visitor, Contractor, or Employee is "What is your Name?". What if you want to ask their Purpose of Visit or a Custom Question before you ask for their name? There is currently no option for this and it would be a great change to the overall system for more kiosk configuration. I propose a section within "Sign In/Out Kiosks - Question Rules" to be able to sort the order of questions to ask on your kiosk. If you agree please vote for this idea.

  5. Please allow us to chose which data fields are pulled into reports through a "custom favourites" feature.

    E.g. being able to unselect fields like "Organization" or "Course Learners" and replace them with other data fields like "Employer'.

    These filter selections should have the ability to be saved as "favourites" and nameable for users to construct their own customised reporting suited for business need.

  6. My site has 63 Locations that must be billed for their SMS usage.
    The Notification Exported report does not include the Location column, so can not be used to filter the usage by Location.
    Just to note, the Notification by Location selection on screen does not work at all so I don't have that option.

  7. Would be nice to have an additional interface to verify people rapidly during an evac. Like one of the in/out kiosk but with a quick "verify" when you scan a card (We use rfid reader and all our mill employee have their card on them)

  8. The ability to view previous versions of an induction would be great. The module already collects employee information on what version was completed - but no option to view archived/previous versions of the induction. This would be important when checking records after an incident. Major and minor versions would help decided if the changes need to be communicated to all employees.

  9. Our business operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, on 12 hour shifts. Our night shift crosses over the midnight mark, from one day into the next day. The current automation and occupancy settings do not fit the operating parameters of our business operations.
    Could we please have an automatic sign out setting, that was based upon the number of hours, not a specific time of day.

  10. Need to be able to manually mark off when someone is safe during an evacuation, to compensate for occasions when someone may not have their phone, may not be able to reply to the SMS request to verify they are safe e.g. no credit on phone.
    Note: In industrial environments it's common for staff to not be permitted to have their phones with them at their workstations.

  11. Ability to be able to print and assign a QR code or barcode, then assign it to a key or swipe card permanently as an asset. Then scan the barcode/QR code on the key tag and assign it to a visitor/contractor. This will cut down on signing in/out keys by hand in a book.

  12. When you click on a member or a contractor a summary pops up. In the member summary it shows their induction status - really useful. Would be great to have the same in the contractor summary for contract and insurance status.

  13. When in a contractor profile, you can view the members with one click, and then click on a desired member to view their profile. It would be great if you could do this moving the opposite way as well. So that when you are in a member's profile, you click to see the organisation and then click on that to view the profile, instead of having to go back to the organisations list and searching for it.

  14. When a visitor, contractor or employee signs in and a message is sent to an employee host the host can deny access stopping the person being signed in. This is a situation where an employee or contractor may have been fired yesterday, they are not yet on the watchlist and the host can still action "deny access" if the person signs in as a visitor, contractor, or employee and the host is selected and a message is sent to the host.

  16. The evacuation trigger when fired by the fire warden sends the nearest evacuation points on Google Maps to the people sent the evacuation message, include when they receive the message asking them if are they safe

  17. Pre-built contractor questionnaires to choose from and customize. It would be really helpful to see some of the ways to structure the sign-in process for contractors. This could also be a good idea for the community portal where other users can share how they are integrating their contractors, what questions they are asking, and how they are storing and managing required documents. It would be interesting to see the best way to ask for pre-job and post-job documents and any permits requested to go paperless.

  20. Add the ability to report and view hazards from the mobile app and notify users when they are close to a reported hazard

    Also, Timed hazards will be very useful in farming. When spraying is done, hazards will exist for 24-48 hours and they expire
