  1. Companies with the same ABN are automatically merged so members will all be under the same Company Profile- then duplicate companies could be deleted and all the members are in one place.

  2. Whenever an employee has been to a Location (school), they would be required to register their e-mail address in their WOL system, but it won't allow the same e-mail to be registered in another Location. This scenario happens between schools because many teachers work in more than one school using the same Department of Education e-mail address.

    In my point of view, the duplication should be restricted by Location and not the whole system. The kiosk has a Location on its data, that should be enough to find which Location the sign-in is really happening.

    Thank you for your submission. We implemented single use email rules from day one in 2012 as part of best practise security however; we recognise today that in some use cases like yours this creates limitations.


    We do have a solution with the recent release of the Custom Communities feature whereby each school can setup a Custom Community e.g 'Roaming Teachers' (distinct from say standard Employees who only work at that school). You then add those roaming teachers (that also work for other schools) to this new community as members. Next you add that 'Roaming Teachers' community to the sign-in kiosk options. When a teacher goes to sign in to your school using a Kiosk, QR Code or are signed in by an operator, they can select from 'Visitor', 'Contractor', 'Employee', or 'Roaming Teacher'. When selecting 'Roaming Teacher' they can be taken through a unique sign-in workflow.

  3. When setting up a new kiosk, the types of kiosks that are available are PCs with mouse, touch screen PC, iPad and QR Code. Need to be able to set up kiosks on Samsung tablets also.
    All functions need to be fully supported on both Apple and Android.

    Thank you Karina, we do not support Android OS however we do support Windows devices and iPad. We recently released QR Code posters whereby the person signing in uses their own browser on their own mobile device. At this stage we have no plans to add Android support but we will leave this open for votes to garner additional community feedback.

  4. We use the value field within the Contracts for an organization. This field is not available within the report. This is the only field that is not available. It would be great if this could be added. Our finance team would find this very beneficial.

  6. Instead of having to create a member for insurance notification emails and allocating them as the insurance policy holder, add an email field to the contractor information for insurance notification emails.
    Best policy is to use a generic email address so that if an employee leaves, the organisation will still receive the insurance notification. We are creating a fake member for 95% of our organisations and adding them as the policy holder.

  7. Background:
    In Europe all companies will be met by a new legislation that will impose the duty to digitally register the total amount of work time for ANY emplyee, month by month.

    This will open a brand new market to us. Not just in DK, but all over Europe actually. I have JUST met with a new potential customer that REALLY want to do business with us, but one tine thing is missing in ONL, to make it comply with this legislation.

    In the law it is stated that ANY employee MUST be able to access the registred data somehow.…

    Hello Martin, thank you for the submission.


    This is a great idea. We do have this in our roadmap however its scheduling is still a work in progress In essence our plan is to support a user being able to see a summary of their own 'time on site' for the last day, week, month, year. We plan on making these insights available via the mobile app (OnLocation Mobile) and via their dashboard if they login via desktop browser.


    Note; OnLocation Mobile is a free mobile app for your employees and we support iOS and Android). I will leave your idea open even though its in the roadmap as other users may wish to contribute to your idea.

  8. NEW PLACEHOLDER FOR TRIGGERS (EVENT_DATE)

    The main problem is that there is NO placeholder for DATE e.g. meaning the Data of visit / when the visitor is coming.

    Summary:
    Customer would like to have email when pre-registration is done
    Email should include, name, organization, email address, phone number and TIME and DATE of the EVENT/VISIT.

    Please add a new placeholder to be used:
    EVENTDATE or VISITOREVENT_DATE

    Thank you Jamie, at the moment OnEvac event notifications and SMS Self-Verify requests to those onsite are sent as SMS; which uses Plain Text so adding colour is out of our control. The same limitations exist for the 'Subject Line' in an email. What we are looking at is introducing a OnEvac notification as a Push Notification in OnMobile (the free mobile app for Employees and contractors). However; the employee can still override any notification (including a Push Notification); regardless of urgency or intent, by setting their notifications in their mobile device to 'Not Disturb' - we will continue to monitor iOS and Android functionality releases to see if we can accommodate your request at some time in the future.

  11. Add an option to send tokens directly to users by email or sms (the same way as inductions). This will allow users to have their access code digitally without having to print a badge.

    Hello Anaisis, your employees and contractors, if using the free OnLocation Mobile app, are automatically issued with a Token as a QR Code which can be used to express scan into a site. Refer to the Access Summary article below.

  14. Currently, Global Roamers receive a message when a Panic Alarm is triggered at a location they are set as Global Romer for. The customer would like the option to turn off Global Roamers receiving notification when a Panic Alarm is triggered.

  16. Provide each user with a history of their checkin's during a defined time period, eg. the last financial year, so that they can easily track their in office attendance. Helps when calculating 'Work from Home' tax deductions (251 working days, minus 20 days leave, minus 130 days of in office attendance = 101 days working from home).

  17. We have an evacuation panel that allows staff to press an evacuation button which in turn sounds a tone across the site. It would be ideal that by pressing this button, it also triggers a Evacuation event with WolEvac (similar to what a Wol Evac manager would do). Currently we have to press the evacuation button and then also create an event in wol evac. A trigger could also occur the other way round with a Wol Evac event triggering the tone. Our Evacuation system is IP based and is part of the Jacques IP based public address system.

  20. When Pre-Registering a Visitor and sending a Questionnaire with Custom Questions that require a Signature. A Host should be able to receive the signed document and acknowledgement by email before the Visitor Signs in. This would be an integral asset for Businesses that require forms to be signed befoer coming on site. The workflow would be as followed:

    1. A Host invites a visitor (Pre-Registers them) and they receive our NDA and a Health & Safety Questionnaire in advance by email.
    2. The visitor signs the NDA and completes the Questionnaire in advance, and we receive this data back before they arrive…
