  3. I’ve had some feedback regarding the “Previous” and “Next” buttons.

    Because the “answer options” button(s) are kind of greyed out and the “next” button is highlighted, apparently visitors are missing to select the answer prompt.

    Is there by chance a possibility to have more formatting options for the questionnaires? (ie. colours/position of pictures/answer prompts).

  4. The Deliveries module is great - but for it to work for our business, we really need to be able to capture further information. The option to add custom fields (Driver name, time off site etc) would make it a fantastic tool.

  5. Need to be able to manually mark off when someone is safe during an evacuation, to compensate for occasions when someone may not have their phone, may not be able to reply to the SMS request to verify they are safe e.g. no credit on phone.
    Note: In industrial environments it's common for staff to not be permitted to have their phones with them at their workstations.

  6. Insurance Report - view column sort order: When try to setup an Insurance report layout to save as a view

    • The view order want to have Organization in the 1st column, then Org status, then Type, as per the screenshot of the excel layout
    • However, when tick Type, it always moves it to Column 1 ?
    • How can I get it to be defined in column 3

  7. Can Employees that Host Contractors and/or Visitors, but are off site and not signed-in, be automatically made unavailable to host contractors or visitors.

  8. I have noticed the new evacuation report available from the Sign In/Out Manager page.

    If this could be configurable for sorting and filtering.

    OnEvac uses zones to group the employees, if the report could sort and page break with the same groups. that would be great!

  12. Description:

    Currently, the Login Permission email template in OnLocation cannot be customized. Organizations need the ability to edit this template so they can provide clear instructions that match their authentication setup (e.g., SSO via SAML). Without customization, users often receive confusing instructions, which leads to unnecessary Service Desk calls and delays.

    Proposed Enhancement:

    Enable administrators to customize the wording of the Login Permission email template (subject line and body text) directly in the OnLocation UI.

    Expected Outcome:

    Clearer instructions for users.

    Reduced Service Desk calls.

    Improved onboarding experience and flexibility for organizations.

    Contractor profiles remain marked as Active (green) even when requirements such as permitted dates, inductions, or other compliance checks have expired. While the system correctly denies sign‑in, the mismatch between the “Active” label and denied access causes confusion at the front desk.

    Replication:

    Create a contractor profile with permitted dates and induction requirements.

    Allow permitted dates or induction to expire.

    Attempt kiosk sign‑in → denied, but profile still shows Active.

    Current Design Logic:

    “Active” reflects that the contractor’s profile is still valid with their organization.

    Access is controlled separately by permitted dates, induction completion, and other profile rules.

  14. Allow onPass to be reused for the duration of the event. When visitors are required to sign out when they leave the property (Example: for lunch), then sign back in, the onPass they were sent originally is no longer valid

The higher use of the SMS feature is for sending inductions links to contractors, most of the peoples uses social networks instead of email, as the most of them would not review their email, our customers uses SMS to share the inductions links; WhatsApp would be an excellent option to receive inductions links.

  16. Summary / Issue:
    Currently, OnEvac reports can only be viewed via desktop for users with the Reports Manager role. During an evacuation, managers may not have access to a PC or desktop, making it difficult to quickly verify the safety status of employees, visitors, and contractors on-site. The existing mobile workaround (logging into OnLocation in desktop mode on a phone) is not practical or user-friendly in an emergency.

    Actual Result:
    Reports are only fully accessible on desktop. Mobile access is limited, and viewing detailed information requires a cumbersome desktop-mode login on a phone. Performance may be slow, and only the…

  17. On several occasions, we have visitors/contractors who came onsite but didn't sign-in or forgot to do so, for whatever reason and was let in by staff.
    It wasn't good. It will be great if the onLocation system allow us to retroactively sign these people in after they have already here or have left site, if we know their details. This will allow us to at least have records of their present for future reference. Thanks.

  18. Currently, OnSite kiosks using Brother label printers on Microsoft Edge require manual confirmation for every print job. This slows down visitor and contractor processing, particularly in high-traffic environments, and creates inefficiencies for staff managing inductions or check-ins.

    Introducing a “Silent Printing” feature for Edge, allowing print jobs to be automatically processed without manual intervention. This feature could be configurable per kiosk or globally for a location.

    Benefits:

    Operational Efficiency: Streamlines check-ins and inductions, reducing time per visitor.

    Cost Savings: Less staff time spent monitoring or confirming print jobs if client prefers Edge.

  19. Customers would like the ability to report on the most recent onsite activity at the organization level, not just by individual contractor records.

    Current Limitation:
    The People Presence Report can show the last sign-ins per individual, but there is no automated or direct way to determine the last activity date for a contractor organization as a whole.

    Why This Matters (Customer Value):
    Many organizations manage contractor relationships at the company level rather than individual worker level. The ability to track an organization’s most recent onsite activity would support:

    Contractor compliance monitoring (e.g., “Which approved vendors are still active?”)

  20. Hi Team

    I have this request for deeper control from Matthew at Cummins. Could you consider the ability to turn on or off the ability for a Limited Certification Manager to add new certificates, as we have customers that use this feature, and giving the ability to turn on or off the option will give total control to the customer.

    Can we remove the ability of ‘Limited Certification Managers’ to add new certificates (limit user access or create a new user role)?
