Certification expirations alert
Notification of certifications expirations can be sent by email to service providers employees. But usually we don’t have an email address on record for all service provider employees, so, we want to suggest the option to send the expiration notice by SMS.

Thank you Martín. You can today set up a Trigger whereby when a Contractor signs in they can be sent an SMS if they have a certification (qualification) that 'has expired' or is 'about to expire' as a courtesy warning to them.

I will set set your idea to 'Assessing' as you are asking for SMS to be a pre-set expiry notification option under 'Certification Notifications' and take this to our next UserVoice internal review meeting scheduled for next week.
