Automation & Occupancy Settings - Automatic Time Out
We're a 4-site, 3-shift operation, Monday - Friday, in addition to having a 3-day, 12 hour weekend shift that operates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We really need to have a way to input employees into shifts per location, because obviously, signing everyone out at 5:00 pm doesn't work because On Evac is never going to be able to provide an accurate count as to who's on-site and who's not.

Archiving Workers/Contractors
Would be good to be able to archive workers that have left the Organisation. We still require information, but do not want inductions sent or for them to be able to log on. Contractors would be the same.

Option to add employees onsite days and times and send Reminder to staff who forgot to sign in or sign out
If there is a click button in sign In/Out Manager for the admin person to send out an reminder to all staff who have not signed in or signed out that would be great and for this an option to put their on site days and times while creating their profile is required.

Employee Activation email
Make the employee Activation email editable. The email that a new employee receives on a new account creation is horrible. Please allow admins to modify the template.

Sync logs for longer period
Currently, the logs available for our Employees SyncPortal show only the last 10 executions. Sometimes when we need to investigate something wrong, it would be useful to have access to older executions.

Ability to enter a note when off-site or away
Our reception team use OnLocation to monitor who is on site or working remotely. It would be useful to have the ability for employees to add a note via the app which shows on the dashboard. For example 'Working from home', 'At a conference in Wellington', Annual Leave until 12 January' etc - which is visible as an optional column in the Sign In/Out Manager section.

One example: Audio confirmation of sign in/out
With the Kiosk, is it possible to add audio confirmation stating the new status of the person who just signed in/out? The new status does show on screen highlighted in green or red, but might be even more helpful for some people to play audio as well.
Sometimes employees forget to sign in/out, and then the next time they try to sign in/out eg go out to lunch, they think they might be signed in/out but the status was actually the oppostite. If they aren't paying attention or visually impaired they…

Make employee questions by Department so that different selections (such as host, zone, working along) can be made by department.
Make employee questions by Department so that different selections (such as host, zone, working along) can be made by department.
For example, employees from Department A are required to select Host, work Zone/Area, and whether they are working alone; whereas employees from Department B are only required to select Zone/Area and whether they are working alone.

Employee Sign-in at Kiosk - Integrate with Active Directory
When an employee signs it at a Kiosk, it does not search active directory employee listing after 3 characters as it does when selecting Host. Please add this functionality.
